With the heavy restrictions in place, people found themselves isolated and worried about how to find basic supplies, Job Opportunities, and online Market-place. Small shops were suddenly shut down.

Glue-tech will provide a mobile application, along with server-side components, that serves as online markets place, Jobs opportunities enable that addresses local needs for food, other essential services that people can benefit from, local communities will use this solution to fine a job, sale, advertise and distribute their products and services while staying at home, Glue-tech would be able to track the location of Consumers to sale and distribute product and services,with the help of Artificial Intelligence (Watson Assistance,Watson Studio, Watson analyzer) while, consumers can track and send order at their home.

The solution will pave a way for local communities to analyse and fine job opportunities and make business through online market-place, connect local people with the global jobs.

What specific problem are you solving?

With the heavy restrictions in place, people found themselves isolated and worried about how to find basic supplies Job opportunities, access to online market-place and Job opportunities enable. Small shops were suddenly shut down. Distributing and Supplies for food materials, or provide other local services like Medicine deliveries were denied, People lost their jobs, and other local people may not have access to local and global job opportunities.

Distribution at the local level is usually the most effective way of getting help to where it is most needed. While, Government and others Business owner not locally focused, and often not sufficiently structured to enable rapid discovery of what and where help is needed. With the COVID-19 crisis, we have already seen problems for jobs looser and marginalize people in the local Communities.

45% of the people that lost their jobs because of COVID 19, 57% were being marginalized by Government while 47.8% have no jobs because of lack of access to the job opportunities.

What is your solution?

Glue-tech will provide a mobile application, along with server-side components, that serves as online markets place, Job Opportunities enables and analyzer that addresses marginalization, lack of Jobs access, local needs for food, other essential services that people can benefit from, and paves a way for online business transactions, Jobs finding and analysis for local people while staying at home.

Glue-tech would be able to send mail notification with full details of jobs to local people and track the location of Consumers to sale and distribute product and services, the App would allow both "Suppliers" (Local and global business) to make people aware of what they have. While the local communities can locate the nearest supplier and if ordered will receive at his doorstep.

The local people will use our App or Plat-form to fine jobs, make online business, (sales, advertise, distribute their products and services) and make profits.

We will use technologies like AI, node-red, Watson assistance, Watson analyzer to chart and search Jobs Opportunities.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

The solution will contribute to the entire communities because must of the people that living in local communities needs jobs opportunities, Businesses enabling environment, food and other social amenities, and those demand will mitigate negative impact of social isolation and marginalization on the people, then even after isolation people will adopt this project because it ease the way people will find a job, sales, advertise and distributes products and services, and people tend to adopt new technology.

The project impact would be measured through, new approaches of online markets-place Jobs opportunities enabling environment and distribution as well as new technology involve.

The solution will addresses the needs of targets people by providing them App and online Plat-form that will reduce the marginalization of those people in the local communities, they will find a first hand information.
