How to defeat poverty and unemployment

My solution is focused on beating back unemployment, and thus poverty.

My solution is simply making an app and a website to know who are unemployed and what are their profession, then using that information we would try to find jobs in the public and cooperating private sectors, and for people who don't have a profession, we would try to teach them a profession they want on the internet. There would be places where there aren't job opportunities, like rural areas or places with high unemployment rates, so in these places we would build projects that would increase part-time jobs and full-time jobs.

This solution, if followed world-wide, would significantly decrease unemployment rates and poverty, but because the current events(Covid-19) such a solution would be harder to make.  

 In my solution, I am trying to solve unemployment, because it is a world-wide problem that affects almost 5% of the world population (before Covid-19,it is probably higher now). The biggest reason to unemployment is war, a bad economy, and the unavailability of jobs.

My solution is divided into four parts, which are:

1. Make an electronic app and website to know unemployment rates and to know the professions of the unemployed.

2. Make digital learning centers for learning certain professions for unemployed people without professions.

3. Give unemployed people information about job vacancies in the public and cooperating private sectors.

4. Make projects in rural and undeveloped areas and areas with high unemployment levels to create limited-time jobs and full-time jobs.

My solution will require many experts in many professions, and will require also a website and an app as said above, and one of the most important things my solution will need is cooperation with the public and private sector.

In my solution, I target the unemployed, because they have no job, while at the same time they pay and spend less than the normal person, which makes them live a miserable life, and because of that, the solution helps them find a job suiting their profession to make their lives better by giving them a job.

My solution is relevant to the challenge because the challenge is about decreasing levels of unemployment, which is the core of my solution, the dimension my solution addresses is how to decrease unemployment.
