The women are unemployed and searching any income opportunities which would be home based. They are belonging to Muslim minorities; OBC and ST communities, many of them are from scavengers’ families. Illiteracy, Knowledge, social discrimination, family cultures, and traditions are the causes of their backwardness in 21st century.
Those illiterate parents never wish to send their children to schools but expect earning from them. So problems of child labours are increasing, criminal offence are evolving within those communities, communal violence are very common among them. Unemployment is the biggest reason behind all problems. If we could establish the way of income opportunities, then the situation of those communities will be change enough.
