Cape Verde, a country that depends on tourism, immigrant remittances and foreign aid, the impact of the pandemic is devastating in this isolated country with few resources in GDP.

The choice to develop an e-commerce tool is justified by directly connecting buyers and sellers, eliminating time and place limits (anywhere).
After an observation of the current marketing tools, it was found the need to create a project that achieves the goal of the artisans, transmitting to the consumer a quality of the product and giving it relevance on the details that set it apart.
The online platform (marketplace) offers tools for the creation of all stages of purchase and sale for its users. The most advantageous of product marketing, the expansion to global forums, the dissemination of our culture and the creation of applications for producers that use only the local market are insignificant.
It will work as follows, the artisans responsible for making their products and making available within the platform. Since then, they have started to publicize their images, from a marketing perspective to customers.
Just as we are going to have a team of technicians from the area to support, taking into account that artisans are people with difficulties in terms of ICTs, we have the idea of socializing with artist communities.
Another issue is to try partnerships with the city authorities to support them in enrollment and small training courses.
Because I had a good work experience with the promoters of micro and small companies, mainly those on the island of Santo Antão, found throughout my technical assistance actions, this need to open up horizons and channels for disseminating the pieces of our artisans, locally it depends on tourism that is totally blocked due to the closing of borders, phase a covid-19.
The moment when tourism is zero, which implies sales also in that perfection. Cape Verdean craftsman, almost, young, vulnerable men and women heads of families, who depend a lot on these small business niches. The tourist no longer comes to visit us, but we will meet them wherever they are in these technologies, something little explored in Cape Verde.

Payments are made online and in person, depending on the type of circumstances, the distance to ease of payment.
The artists / artisans in Cape Verde need the platform to not only depend on the national market, but also the Cape Verdean community and the people of the world will have the opportunity to interact with other cultures, obtain their pieces from the African continent, especially Cape Verde. . The logistics or shipment of the parts will be by post for cases outside the country.

The willingness to implement the idea is overwhelming, but a barrier is the initial funding. Via banking as previously mentioned is an alternative, but to issues that surpass me considering that I am not a company, many barriers to the bureaucratic level I cannot overcome.
