GOOD JOBS & INCLUSIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Problem: Migration caused job losses; low skill levels; few job opportunities in smaller places would lead poverty-based hunger. That is turn will lead to increasing crime.

While crime increases, people need to be safe to go out to pursue their livelihood; education and leisure without a pervasive security apparatus.

We are addressing the problem of generating jobs for the COVID disenfranchised near their homes and to make the streets safe.

Our solution: ‘IRA – HerDUM’ uses new technologies (two patents applied for) and to create a platform for generating jobs for the low skilled people with entrepreneurship opportunity while enabling all to be safer everywhere all the time.

Change in lives: ‘IRA-HerDUM’ offers the prospect of work for unemployed near their homes which enhances quality of the society they live in and freedom and life without fear for all.

The problem is exacerbated due to COVID caused anonymity of large or floating populations, made more complex since most humans are constantly moving on the map.

Everybody is pressed for time.

Personal safety in public spaces is a problem in many places.

Our proposal is for deploying (IRA HerDUM) by which citizens could mobilize responders with active public co-operation.

Our solution is to enhance economic health of the society by encouraging the unemployed to cooperatively form groups to act as service providers – ‘Paid Angels’. By being quick responders in an organised manner for specific skill needs.

Also, to offer to offer a ‘Paid Service’ for supporting point to point movement through a secure process to public at large – called ‘IRA’s Walking Angels’.

We are solving the issue of employment across geographies in a disrupted society by matching demand to availability.

At the same time, we are assisting in reducing unemployment caused crimes  by gainfully employing people to offer enhanced public safety.

IRA (Intelligent Responsive APP) offers the basis for a definite and very quick response system, that is mission critical for providing effective assistance.

Irrespective of where the “Person Seeking Assistance’ (PSA) is located, we provide an ‘Intelligent Responsive APP’ (IRA) eco system that automatically locates pre identified matrix of ever dynamic volunteers; sponsored or paid responders within a radius of – say 500 m through Geo-Contextual search (Patent filed) technology. The responder acts on demand.

In the instant case, ‘paid responders’ includes the unemployed who are retained through a co-operative process.

Also, IRA HerDUM has designed a system where the ‘PSA’ uses IRA HerDUM to order a ‘Service Provider’ (SP) when he / she needs such service. It could include a SP who is needed to provide personal walk back or travel back safety to enhance safety of PSA.

On demand, IRA HerDUM quotes the fare. It uses a dynamic pricing model; prices for the same routine that may vary according to supply and demand for service at the time that the same is requested.

The proposal is to let the unemployed persons to get into co-operatives to get themselves into an entrepreneurship role in offering such services to people.

While COVID has seriously damaged the social fabric, it has led to large scale migration. That has left an enormous gap in services in cities. Fewer lower skilled people are left behind needing to address and large service demand. The Person Seeking Assistance (PSA) has no way of discerning which person suits his demands best while the shortage pushes service costs up.

At the same time, the migrant people have returned to their home towns to avoid hunger and lack of shelter. They have no jobs.

IRA HerDUM has created a SaaS service that enables the PSA to seek and choose the service provider (SP) he needs are pre-approved prices at a specific time and at the location he needs the service.

To organize the SP skill related services, SPs form cooperatives and offer their services on demand round the clock.

They need FREEDOM from fear.

South Africa has provided an excellent example for us to study and address the problem.

Private security companies have asked for a sectoral service variant. They wish to become consolidators for a distributed security system without fixed costs. And IRA HerDUM is being tested for their use.

People get service. Unemployed get work.

In a COVID disrupted society, many people have lost jobs. Many have migrated creating a large work force deficit.

All the disenfranchised need jobs. The user needs services from a depleted work force.

IRA HerDUM provides a SaaS platform for the disrupted work force to create skills-based co-operatives and offer their services at good prices in an organised manner while assuring the user fair costs and KYC cleared people coming over for work.

Elsewhere, unemployed people offer demand-based support services. Their services are offered through consolidators for a geographically distributed service without fixed costs with good income to the people.

Currently we have no competitors. 

Governments are giving out sops; setting up soup kitchens; trying to check the migration caused COVID spread.

All action are relief oriented.

We believe we must assist all Government efforts with ways to employ such people quickly. To give them dignity and employment. At the same time, use the huge unemployed to take part in making their own societies better and safer. 

People with jobs are assets. They contribute more to society than their services and buying power.

All people seek peace and happiness. 

People with jobs create the calm and peace that children need.

That in turn will ensure the younger generation get a fair opportunity to study, play and socialize. They become better citizens.

We have harnessed the power of mobility of smart phones to give us the solution.

The smart phone has a GPS locator. Our APP creates the platform for enabling users to seen relevant services from the service provider who is located within a manageable range to speed up service delivery.

We have designed our own geo contextual search system that enables efficient and ANONYMOUS  search for the service provider with respect to the user.

For other applications we have designed a hands - free, effortless rechargeable wearable 'call for service' button that link through blue tooth to the smart phone and triggers the demand for response. Depending on the two user defined specific words spoken by the specific user, the call for service is triggered off.

As an example any person requiring medical assistance can simply say the two words that he has chosen  and the device will recognize his voice and the two words - and then trigger the call for assistance to user chosen medical responders with his GPS position. They will then respond appropriately.

The Server can be use to a variety inputs that may be need to refine the medical service that the user may need based on his past medical record.

With different words, different services could be triggered.

On demand we can set up a video based demonstration or provide a copy of our filed Patent

We are in the testing and prototyping phase. 

Over 50% young women in many areas can not even seek primary education due to security situation for women. They are virtually prisoners in their own homes. We wish to offer them the prospect of freedom to pursue their education, play with friends, socialize and seek their chosen life.

They will receive their parents support to do so when the parents believe that the girls have good security on the streets.

An educated and free populace are assets to any society and to their families.

Smiling children, women, elderly and all people makes us firmly believe that God has still not lost hope in us.

We need State participation in the project to ensure that a significant number of Angels register.

We need to the State to buy a minima number of licences.

Firstly the State needs education on what our solution does. And then they need to encouraged to buy in.

Factually, no State has any allocable funds for this initiative. In India the State has no money. Period.

We have designed a business process that will potentially enable the State to take the project without having to write a cheque. While we get paid.

We have also designed a legally acceptable process to enable the Government to seek competitive bids to ensure free and fair bidding.
