The particular problem we are solving is the problem of unemployment, Joblessness and increase in entrepreneurship to reduce poverty and boost of world wide economy.
Our solution is a website and application that teaches
young entrepreneurs how to better manage their existing businesses or how to start a new one. The website holds a list of entrepreneurs example: vegetable farmer, Fish feed mill, Fish pond, Piggery, cattle raising, poultry, Grains packaging, Grains processing, Cleaning company, Electrical company, Bakery, Heating and Plumbing, Construction company ,leather works ICT programmers and web designers etc with the aid of video clips, notes, photos of equipment and maintenance of equipment.
All person that fall between the age of 17 to 80 who can work and run a business regardless of sex race,religion and beliefs.

The small scale will employ two to ten employees on the other hand medium scale entrepreneur will employ seven to thirty employees which will go a long way in solving world unemployment problems. Please have in mind that entrepreneurs grow as it grows so does employees. Although some of the business might fail as a result of poor management of resources on the side of the management.

Our project is innovative because it teaches entrepreneur to start a business as well as running and managing it effectively. We also try to carter for a races and countries alike. We plan to mentor all our entrepreneur to success.
The two most pressing challenges are skills acquisition and funding. Skills acquisitions center must be on ground to train would be participants online through video clips of lessons and demonstrations, financial management and book keeping lessons, Notes, pictures of equipment and machines as well as its labelled parts in various languages.
We are sure it will work because we have simulated a prototype the project and so far its received good commendations and it has showed a lot of prospects.

Our theory of change is that half a million entrepreneurs will start or expand as a result of this project .
The project should target to train and fund 500,000 prospective entrepreneurs’ every year for the next ten years. There should be an average funding of about $3500 to every potential entrepreneur. The total amount of money to be disbursed for the period of ten years will be 1.75 trillion plus the cost of running the project will be about $550,000.
Pumping about 2 trillion into the world economy will be a huge boost in solving Job and entrepreneurship challenge for young people all over the world.

We have currently kicking off the project with about a hundred beneficiaries which by at the end of July 2020 will have started their various entrepreneurs. In a year s time we should have supported 4000 businesses worldwide.
In five years we hope to have support 250, 000 business all over the world.
we expect that our project will touch 10,000,000 people and another 5,000,000 indirectly as a result of multiplier effect.
We are currently serving 100 Business if we get more support we intend to spread our tentacles all over the world. Supporting businesses from the very conception to its full operation. Our effort will not only transform lives but economies all over the world. The employees of the new will benefit payments of salaries and wages, supplier will make money as well, organization that need services will receive the services, entrepreneur will pay taxes to the governments.
Land lords will receive rent and lease payments. Businesses will have names and brands that will make the entities recognized. If the the entrepreneur later becomes a public liability company it can sell shares and pay dividends to share holders.
There will be increased levels of competition between entrepreneurs which will bring efficiency and give consumers alternatives
We are currently in need of Funding for the various expansions and and increase in staff strength and payments of salaries and wages.
language barriers is one of the many problems we will facing as we expand to francophone countries and to the other parts of the world which include languages like Arabic, Swahili, Dutch and German
We currently have the challenge of manpower as we have a slim staff strength in order to save cost until we are more buoyant.
Monitoring and evaluation will soon be a challenge because as we grow larger we need a monitoring and evaluation team that is well catered for in the areas accommodation transportation and communication.

We intend to continue applying for funds from bigger NGO and philanthropist who might share our vision.
We are currently working with 3 translators and are looking for more to carter for other languages.
In respect top to the monitoring and evaluation we are currently looking for ways to buy durable pick up and discount hotel all over the country.
We have hire an advert company that also does digital marketing but its a very small one.
