AI will not cause mass unemployment, disrupting labour markets just as technological change has done before, and requiring workers to learn new skills more quickly than in the past. we may focus mainly with new generation, disadvantaged young people also active workforce by providing 21st century skills assistant.
21st century skills assistant (or 21SA) are automation system for skills learning that was created to tutoring, guide, make suggestion or recommended, make plan, find resource, build connection or community among user, match future career, connecting employee and employer.
How we build: the system design as desktop and mobile app in advance by help from ed-tech, AI tech, Data mining, machine learning, Big data, navigation tech, intelligent Narrative.work as two phase:
21SAkids: Phase 1(below 12 years old)- it designs specific for child user friendly. As a child, like to play and ask some various question. This app is fun and easy to use, they will play with STEAM learning game (now we work on concept to develop game). They can watch the education video, told a short story about the animals and things, develop cognition and system will track their activity for analysis. We can have some data to know their talent and will recommend for their learning activity.
21SA: phase 2(from 12 years old up)- it designs for skill development. the system will:
- Use data to analysis or make talent test
- Intelligent tutoring that use virtual teachers to interact with students. could play a crucial role in the expanding field of online education.
- Smart design learning course for career orientation by help from educational psychology and expert (all course is base with 21st century skills)
- Daily challenge with some quiz or metal development game
- Up to date of knowledges, by various content like video or some new release relate to user talent
- Build community that can share knowledge, experience and make communication
- Make connection between future employee and employer

this new learning system are very smart and scalable as worldwide, easy to use. border-less of knowledge.
- some poor family doesn’t have enough financial support their education. our system is available everywhere every time. easy to use with free entrance make a chance for disadvantage youth to gain much knowledge.

The task for us is to determine which learning experiences are most effective for students and in which learning contexts.The development of these 21st century skills should be the aim of 21SA. This requires a departure from traditional practice in which instructors impart knowledge to students.

In other hand, we are not aim for profit we will provide as worldwide with various languages. Easy to use, we make it to become one of the most important tools for education for today and the future. we are also working with local community partners and government agency to promote our system. at least student from public school and some private schools will use it.
