This is around shaping pyramid structure of team where people as the bottom of the pyramid get more learning and gradually move up

The problem: how to make entrepreneurship inclusive.

The solution: We create a pyramid structure of people based on their skillset at different areas (tech, business, ...). People at the lower levels can still join team but they get to work on easier task and learn from people on higher levels. They can gradually move up the pyramid and get assigned to more difficult tasks.

How can this positively change lives: It allows people who have less exposure to being an entrepreneur work along others who do and learn from them and gradually become an entrepreneur. Majority of the work will be done over online meetings so people all around the world can participate and benefit.
