I am aim at creating jobs for fellow  Kenyans who do not have jobs .

Solutions for this is to conduct training and encourage them to write a concept paper for application of grants.

I also encourage them to form group and register them under the ministry of gender and youth ,so that they can get grants for their business ,because government jobs are not enough.

I am currently addressing the problem of job opportunity in Kenya. Many  youth have studied but they have opportunity to work.

The solution is that youths should be innovator and creative. They should involve themselves in the association which can register and give them grants to start their business.

My training of youths in this covid 19,online has made them to start their own businesses. Without any support from their own families and the government.

Through training and starting table banking which helps youth to credit themselves ,borrow loans and return with profits .

My solutions basically is online training of youths .

Many youth have registered for training and these has made me to have easy time with in the area if training.

My core new technology is an app which after downloading . You register and go to the section of training not small business people. 

The technology is just in Kenya. It has not reached many youths because of the competition which it is in the market. 

With training of table bank. One needs to register to all the details and that's the first theory without that it is very difficult to confirm

Currently 250 youths , my target is 10000 at the end of 2020..

In 5 years over one million of youths in East Africa

I would like to be a mentor to youths in the sector of business and offer trainings to business in the area of business.

Not government support for such training to youths.

Lack employment in the country has led people to be semi illiterate.

If you give a support in terms of money, I shall fix the problem. I will develop new modalities of enhancingy business test and see.

Currently, 250 are working under my directives. As I could to orient them in this sector of table banking program. I'm the second face of table banking.

Because the vast knowledge I have gained over along period of time.

I currently partner with Barclays Bank of Kenya. 

My business has not reached my people because of the resources and therefore with time I shall a big number.

I will endeavour to collaborate with other organizations for grants, fundraising, and combined efforts.

I am applying for this grants I'm order to continue with business in terms of empowering youths through training and table banking.

Society becomes a hostage for a good standard of living.

Most of the youths are from refugees camp and therefore they have  of problem. Through collaboration and training these money shall help them to grow in the area of business.

Woman are very fragile in the society. Therefore, i try to empower women widowers so that they can start small business to improve their lives.

Apart from empowering youths,children and women.

I also advocated for high level of training in terms of adulthood education. This project I started in December 2019,  slowly it is picking up .
