Going to be Community Developed, Maintained, Mutual Cooperative Platform. Each member gets Certain Credits based on the Skill /Contribution level.Service Credits are stored in AGP Service Credits Bank. Weightage given in Future Prospects. Any Service rendered free get Higher Credits, Business Lessor Credits.

Deep Job Crisis: Facts: 27 million Indian youth in age group of 20-30 years lost jobs in April: CMIE (ET.com). The bitter truth is that 42% of all coronavirus job losses will be permanent and unemployment is currently closer to 25% (forbes.com). Coronavirus job losses could total 47 million, unemployment rate may hit 32%, Fed estimates (cnbc.com). This phenomenon is global.

- There is no universal platform to engage skilled people positively during this crisis period. Skill / Art is lost if it is not practiced for 2 years. We need a preservation platform.

Our Center for Innovation and Incubation has 2 dedicated members and 6 part-time members. We have an army of 100+ students who can contribute towards this cause. As we progress, we will increase full-time depending on the partnerships made and acceptance.
About the Project Lead: I am the founding Director and Established Center for Innovation and Incubation (CFII) (in 2010) and Center for Career Planning (CCP) (2018). Working with startpreneurs and enthusiastic students in promoting innovative traits, entrepreneurial thinking and developed model to plan career according to social-psycho-physical nature . I am the Founder of “Inspire to Innovate Storytelling Movement”, to inspire young minds through storytelling (spreading positive stories of amazing people), reaching more than 20000+ subscribers. I was a Founder, Srujana and Dukeship Consulting, a social enterprise to campaign Innovation in engineering education (2011 to 2014). I am working as Mentor, MentorEdge, CIIE (Center for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship, IIM Ahmadabad) and advisory member to few product startups. During my stint at Wipro, I worked extensively on mega outsourcing deals, management consulting assignments. Worked with customers across globe like Microsoft, Nokia, Ericsson, FedEx, JP Morgan, Charles Schwab, EMC, Avaya, OKI-Data etc and visited many countries on various consulting assignments. I did my Ph.D in Innovation Management, Master of Computer Applications, MBA in Human Resource Management and GMP from IIM Bangalore.

The currency is a service credit. Immediately, we don't intend to monetize the service credits but as we progress, we can monetize them. Each service credit earned can be purchased by the job seeker to make them permanent service credits in AGP Service credit bank.
