Y'we Care solution refer as young women care! - own product!

Y'we Care offers ranges of products and services online with links to many partners as providers. An inclusive group of young women network with strong ICT background working together in communities to solve many issues affecting their lives.

Y'we Care app is also known as young women care will offer all products and services online for all young women and girls in the world. The solution is an innovative and an initiative by young women as a solution to all young women needs at a very convenient time. this is also mean that the solution provides safe space for young women to interact online with sensitive issues pertaining their lives.

Y'we Care services are listed with respect to issues/topics affecting young women lives like Leadership, Climate Change and care for the environment, Sexual Reproductive and Health Rights and Education & Health, their traditions and values that differentiate them, use of ICT as an advance for young women as well as Economic empowerment ideas for young women development. Y'we care products also related to topics above.

we would like for young women to be the positive change agents at their own time and to own that time by accessing this solution. the effects on this solution will change their lives as everyone finds technology more convenient and easy to adapt to at times. the solution is very inclusive and will continue to provide services and products that cater for them as well.

Y'we care team selected will be conducting training programs at community areas, stakeholders/ networks/ partners with the solution. The solution requires internet connectivity and in our country it is very expensive however everyone have access to mobiles therefore y'we care would illustrate our convenient the solution only when require. once everyone is knowledgeable with the solution, things will be easier. for the target population of young women and girls and those with a disability they would be treated at a unique way compare to the world issues. Y'we care solution offers many answers specifically for young women and girls.

Y'we care solution is an innovative idea for young women to understand and learn from the technology and know-how crucial in the 21st century. Its main focus is inclusive young women and girls with a passion to care. Our country is very limited with resources and availability for target group however we can optimise the use of shared resources throughout the process. Stakeholders will provide more information in pertaining the solution with relation to the example topics of Leadership, Roles of Young Women, ICT in girls/young women, Economic Justice and Sexual Reproductive Health Rights.

The impact on the organisation as a whole which targets inclusive young women and girls across the country. The main outcomes for the solution is providing and creating opportunities for young women to build networks, partnerships and register as many young women in the process at community and national level. Young women are enable to seek, understand and use reliable information to access their rights by accessing appropriate quality services. Expansion of the critical number of empowered young women leaders across the country and engage advocacy to realize their passion to care.

The Y'we Care is very innovative because its very unique in its own way. It is initiated by young women and specifically for young women and girls too. The solution is made available prior to the issues and topics mentioned above which is known in our Pacific region. Many of the products and services provided and made accessible online is through the partnerships discovered and recommended online.

The initiative is young woman's creation for young women and girls at any level. The solution was based upon the passion to care for any young women and challenges many in this world. With technology taking its rhelm now, and from a young woman's perspective is to be organised and be prepared and ready for it.

The solution is very easy and will be made convenient. Communities will be divided into groups for introduction and be taught on it. At each community, Y'we Care team will illustrate on all functions made available online at the most convenient resource of a mobile phone. With respect to the app, young women involved will be a joint work with other civil societies or non government organisations' that cater same target group as the solution app. 

Young women care affiliated under the Young Women Christian Association could assist if awarded this solution will benefit and broaden its sponsorship potentials for some financial assistance.

Young women Care team to be made partners with its stakeholders and seek financial assistance from donors available at national and international level. this is the strongest way to sustain such solution.

Our culture and traditions, christian beliefs, opposite sex perspective and the over use of power are most likely the factors that will limit my solution to succeed.

A strong business culture can be the defining factor which may make or break an organisation. If your organisation culture right and you breed an atmosphere of efficiency, collaboration and performance.

The choices and opportunities offered by Solve defines how you would want young people to work and collaborate. If Solve is outdated or old fashioned, it is likely that solutions output will reflect this. i believe that traditional ways of communication no longer relevant, and for Solve to develop and embrace the new and the innovative which is very brilliant.
