The synthetic  sanitary napkin  is a Multi billion dollar  market.  It's just a product for corporates. It causes physical health issues such as uterus cancer, ovary cancer, bladder cancer,  pelvic inflammatory diseases, endometriosis, fibroids, hormonal imbalance, rashes, and swelling during menstrual days.   They're made up of Plastics and bi-products of plastic materials.  They takes years to decompose and  makes Earth's future unsustainable by polluting it. We are promoting cotton cloth pads to overcome the menstrual issues. Our products would be a boon for women globally as a far better and safe  alternative. Our Bio degradable Cotton  products are toxin free and contains  no disease causing materials.   To sum up, Women not only can have a healthy and peaceful Menstrual days, they need not to put their whole life in peril by using synthetic napkins.

In the major area, given by SOLVE, we choose the topic “Good Jobs & Inclusive Entrepreneurship”. We intend to provide proper awareness and training program for rural women to resolve their menstrual health issues and make them social entrepreneurs. The scale of the problem is in community and global as well All the women who attain puberty and using commercial sanitary napkins are the target group. At present, one in 6 women have fertility problem. One in fifteen women is affected by breast cancer. Shetty, Anita (2012) says, by the year 2020 nearly 70 percent of the world's cancer cases will come from developing countries, with a fifth of those cases coming from India. Only 36 percent of the women in India use Sanitary Pads during periods 23 Million Women drop out of school every year when they start menstruating in India. The commercial sanitary napkins and the unawareness on Menstrual Health Management are the major contributing factors of the problem which we would like to take part.

Cotton Reusable cloth pad is the solution for the problem which our ancestors used to. Our Saaral Cloth Pad is made up of four layer of cotton cloth and one layer of breathable Poly Urethane Lamination coated on cotton fabric. Since, the product is made up of cotton, it gives comfortable, hygienic and safe periods for women. It gives soft feel like feather and so they are free from any type of hesitations.  The cotton cloth absorbs the excretion matter, hold it and release while washing. Our reused cloth pads were tested for the stagnant of menstrual matters. It is also free from odour and or any type of fungal matters. It is free from any type of chemical, gel and plastic or bi-products of plastic contents which reacts when the fecal matters wet the pad. So, there are no worries of itches, rashes and / or infections. The bio-degradation is also easy and safe because it is made up of cotton cloth. It helps to avoid polycystic ovarian syndrome, prevents uterus damages, endometriosis, provides regular interval of periods. The consumers may experience safe, hygienic and happy menstrual days.

Ours is eco friendly and biodegradable cotton cloth sanitary pads. We use technology in Weaving the fabric, printing, cutting and sewing the pads. 

Cotton home furnishing export industries uses this technology to make bed spread, door / window curtain, pillow covers, etc., 

We apply the same technology to our product also.

In one year, we will reach 200000 women.

In another 5 years, we will cover 1500000 women

Providing safe, health and hygienic menstrual days is our motto. 

In next five years, we can build a healthy women society which would be free from menstrual health issues.

Financial and cultural stigma are the current barriers for our product.

Regarding financial shortage, We have planned to arrange financial assistance from banking sectors or raising funds from some donors.
