EY BEAUTY is here to provide cosmetic products with my own brand name, label and logo. It is observed that Cameroon has a large number of unemployment youths.
EY BEAUTY is here to provide employment, reduce poverty and ensure gender equality which are all part of the 17 sustainable development goals. Our products are of good quality and moderate prices.
Cameroon has a population of over 26 million people, we have craft our market niche which is made up of more than 19 million people. Our main source of revenue is from product sales. We already have a dynamic work force of 5 employees.We plan to employ more people in future. Currently we have secured 500 USD dollars, we are seeking for an additional 5000 USD dollars in other to increase our product capacity.
According to a research conducted unemployment youths in Cameroon is 5.69 percent. The specific problem I am here to solve is Unemployment, I realized that alot of Cameroonian graduates donot have jobs, some are afraid of starting a business because they don't want to fail. With this alot of them remain unemployed due to fear of the unknown. Our philosophy at EY BEAUTY is based on responsibility and mutual respect. We plan to establish an environment and structure that encourages productivity and respect for customers and fellow employees. We also plan to hire workers that are qualified, truthful and have good communication skills. We plan to employ qualified and competent hands to occupy the following offices CEO, managing director, admin and human resources, fashion designers, marketing and sales Manger and many others. EY BEAUTY plans to employ people from all parts of the world and equally sell its products to everyone who can afford.

It is estimated that Cameroon has a total population of over 26 million people, and we have set a market niche of about 19 million people in Cameroon. EY BEAUTY does not take into consideration race, gender ethnic group, color or sex and as a result it can be sold to all parts of the world not only in Cameroon.
We recently carried out a questionnaire asking females of Cameroon the kind of cosmetics products and quality of the products they used we realized that they complained products they buy donot last 24 hours within few hours all makeup products on your face is off. EY BEAUTY is here to provide good quality cosmetic products and at moderate prices.

My target population is the world at large but more particularly Cameroon to help improve their leaving standards, employees will be both male and female thus ensuring gender equality and encouraginh decent work ethics which are all part of the 17 sustainable development goals which was founded my the united nations.

Technology advancements in the Form of 3D printers have also had an impact and can Further change how beauty offerings are created. However their usage remains in the supply chain where they are used to create prototypes while their influence in the manufacturing process will remain the most visible, 3D consumers in store experience through the creation of consumers and personalized shades before entering other categories such as skin care and fragrances,customers service and interaction. All this add to consumers experience both in store and online, thus affecting purchase decisions.
Payments and delivery of beauty products enter the 21st century.
Tech companies have been expanding their operations beyond enhancing the consumer experience and innovation, to reshaping the payment and delivery industry. Googles launch of Google wallet and even more mutually applies payment methods to the mainstream.
In today's beauty and cosmetics market , social media influencers are a key marketing tool.Make up and beauty products are affordable luxuries and today market influencer's are king .
Social media influncers and bloggers have a place in a wide variety of industries including books, games, clothing and even parenting products. Charlie Terry who runs digital marketing agency Ceek marketing commented on the importance of influncers in today's beauty market.
Firstly brands like glossiers which is one of the world's most powerful beauty brand , its value at over 1 billion dollars they fine their most engaged customers, seek feedback from them With vast media attention and influencer marketing , transparency and authenticity influences are going to be more selective with the brands they work with.

meeting up with the necessary government regulations is a great problem faced, especially the taxes imposed by the government.
5) Access to materials is also another barrier in starting the business.

What motivates me to move forward is the dream of helping create a world werein all women will live decent lives, supported by socially responsible enterprises. Yinde Elizabeth is a holder of Bachelor of Technology In Business Management from the Catholic University of Buea Cameroon with Suma Cum Laude, 2nd best graduating student from the department of Management.
As a student of Cuib I was able to obtain one year scholarship which was given to 10 girls in different departments , I equally completed 100 hours of voluntery services at Cuib. I participated and organized the first and second edition of Cuib Stuga leadership Academy, including the 1st and 2nd edition of JCI Cuib enterpreship academy and many other seminars including the first edition of Is the education you are getting relevant to your economy held at the University of Buea and I equally acted as Communication director, Business and Leadership coordinator while at Catholic University of Buea .
I am currently working as Office Administrator in Dubai United Arab Emirates. with over 2 years working experience.
