Today's war is not a missile and bomb war .Rather it is a war of reconstruction,reclamation and cultivation of lands to meet the population's food needs through achieving self-sufficiency in food and achieving food availability  that can be stored to face crises or export it to the poorest and hungrier countries in the world. 

Accordingly,countries should directly their investment towards reconstruction,reclamation and cultivation of lands,

Instead of directing them towards purchase of weapons and military equipment and the holding of wars.

and pursuit of international peace and security,which is the real key towards achieving sustainable agricultural development .

the researcher reclaimed,cultivated and built nearly twenty acres of self-efforts in the arid Sinai desert for a national service by contributing effectively to achieving food self-sufficiency and achieving food availability that can be stored to face crises or export it to the poorest and hungrier countries in the world. 

this is due to the achievement of international peace and security on that land after its liberation from the grip of the Israeli occupation .

this led to the establishment of the Egyptian state towards achieving comprehensive economic development on the land of Sinai. 

The depletion of human resources in conflicts is a real opportunity  for sustainable development for nations,especially if those resources are from agricultural workers. 

an example of this is what we found in the first and second world war that claimed the lives of millions of people without real benefits from this conflict.

It could have been used for the reconstruction,reclamation and cultivation of lands,thus expanding the scope of the agricultural area to this day. 

The researcher her relies on human resources as an active player in achieving sustainable agricultural development through accounting for the costs of wars to this day. 

The solation is to expand the reclamation and cultivation of more lands,which requires more financial investment in the agricultural sector.

the expansion of the reclamation and cultivation of more lands pushes the wheel of agricultural development forward and achieves self-sufficiency in food to meet the needs of the population and achieve food availability that can be stored to face crises or export it to the poorest and hungrier countries in the world.

Also,the interest in the agricultural sector and achieving social,health and material benefits for workers in the agricultural field would encourage them to increase agricultural production and  hurt  the agricultural gross output in surplus and encourage young people (human resources)to go to the agricultural labor market in the interest of these benefits,which means eliminating a large percentage of unemployment rates.

Also,Achieving self-sufficiency in food achieves the political stability of countries and non-interference in their internal affairs as a result of pressure due to the lack of food and obtaining it from abroad. 

The enemy humankind today is hunger,and therefore the people of the world must unite to fight and eliminate it by rejecting wars and conflicts and seeking international peace and security. 

 This is the real key towards achieving sustainable agricultural development which is in the interest of the aforementioned groups,politically,socially,economically . 

the researche here focuses on accounting for the costs of international wars,security and peace towards achieving sustainable agricultural development.

Where the researcher believes that conflicts deplete human resources,especially those working in the agricultural field.

War is an inevitable consequence of international failure and failure to achieve goals that it has failed to achieve in a peaceful manner.

Therefore,the researcher believes that achieving sustainable international agricultural development will not be achieved without achieving international peace and security,which pushes, through the exploitation of human resources to reclaim and cultivat more lands towards achieving self-sufficiency in food,meeting the needs if peoples,and eliminating famines. 

Accountability for international wars, security and peace towards achieving sustainable agricultural development is a solation that has not been addressed by any of the rresearchers before, especially as the researcher has made a real expirement on the ground .

I would not be exaggerating if I said that the effects of these world wars are still extended to this day .

Where the first and second world war decimated the lives of millions of people and wasted these energies that could have been invested and directed towards many fields, including the agricultural field. 

The world today would be much better off today then we would  have not heard of hunger anywhere in the world.

This means exploiting the energies of those millions of people who died in wars to reclaim and cultivate more lands towards achieving self-sufficiency in food all over the world. 

Which  could have benefited contemporary and future generations. 

The World today doesn't need a remote sensing device or an early  detection device for early detection for agricultural pests to achieve sustainable agricultural development as much as the need to achieve international security and peace if it is looking for a truly sustainable development, it must immediately stop all forms of international and regional conflicts and achieve international justice between countries and peoples of the world. 

A world that is looking for a truly sustainable development will only find it in its true key to international peace and security.

The costs of purchasing weapons, military equipment and the holding of wars affect other sectors, including the agricultural field, as well as the costs of the international peace and security contract. 

The human resources costs also include the costs of threating injured war victims, establishing hospitals and purchasing medical machines and equipment, as well as compensation for the losses resulting from them and deaths that represent a waste of human resources, especially those working in the agricultural sector. 

This costs also include the costs of damaging natural resources from soil pollution, dredging, desertification, rural population migration (human resources) due to wars, the costs of land reclamation, reconstruction and cultivation, and the costs of rehabilitation new.

In the first year, saving can be achieved that can be stored to face crises or export it to the poorest and hungrier countries in the world. 

Within five years This abundance allows the creation of common Arab and international markets not only to exchange of agricultural goods and products to meet the population's food needs and achieve prosperity and international food security and eliminate the risk of starvation, but also the exchange of agricultural goods expertise and all that is new about the agricultural sector. 

As a completemt to the previous paragraph at the regional and international levels,this solation is considered as a continuous incentive for countries that truly seek sustainable development.

This means the necessity of joining the international peace and security corps and there is no way to achieve sustainable development but his way.

The Researcher aims through this solation to clarify the importance of international peace and security towards achieving sustainable agricultural development,especially in the agricultural sector by reducing the costs of arms,military equipment deals and holding wars because of its clear and tangible impact on increasing investments in this vital(agricultural )field that have the best impact to increase the area of the agricultural area,to develop agricultural and irrigation method,and thus to improved agricultural output ina way that contributes to food self-sufficiency and eliminates the risk of starvation internationally. 

 Also,directing more investments towards developing human resources working in the agricultural sector. 

It will achieve savingsin agricultural production that can be stored to face crises and will push more workers( human resources)towards this sector ( providing workers with social,health and material benefits) which leads to a reduction in international unemployment rates. 

The Researcher's goal during the next five years is to increase the area of agricultural area that the researcher reclaimed and cultivated in the barren Sinai desert to contribute to achieving self-sufficiency in food and effective participation in eliminating the risk of starvation.

Taken from the achievement of international peace and security on that land,an effective factor to achieve that goals....................

How are countries fighting and struggling looking for sustainable development spending all their investment in conflicts and bloodshed of the population(human resources).

Achieving international justice is an essential prerequisite for achieving truly sustainable development. 

The obstacles facing the solation here are the financial obstacles represented in the resources of obtaining the necessary funds to reclaim and cultivated the land and prepare it for agriculture,the costs of machinery and equipment needed for the process of cultivation and irrigation method,the costs of land ownership fees and other costs.

As for the technical obstacles,they were represented in the ownership of the land and the costs ofthis right to use for a specific period.

As well as the difficulty of obtaining the fuel neccesary to operate agricultural machinery and equipment in some cases due to the imposed emergency, for fear of using it in sabotage operations. 

Financial obstacles were overcom by borrowing from the local bank to purchase machinery and equipment and irrigation equipment to ensure permanent irrigation of trees and plants .

The ministry of agriculture and urban development also requires a relatively large amount in order to own it. 

The financial dependence was also on the researcher's own efforts and on the production of the fruits or vegetables of that land. 

In addition to helping parents finance the cultivation and afforestation of that land. 

As for overcome the technical obstacles it was obtained by obtaining a permit for a certain percentage of the fuel needed to operate agricultural machinery and equipment calculated on the number of twenty acres that the researcher reclaimed and cultivated and the number of irrigation days.
