Youth unemployment,unskilled and incompetence to meet global employment conditions and professionalism.Lack of vocational and entrepreneurial opportunities to match with the requirements of the global employment. Absence of income generation and economic self-reliance activities.Social and economic injustices and marginalization resulting from bad governance.Unemployment has resulted to bad social practices which has not spared anybody. Disunity and the absence of advocacy group.
We are to create a national/regional forum for economies,employers and youth groups leaders during which employment issues will be discussed, analysed,investigated for possible solutions.We are lobbying with international agencies to open a vocational/professional and empowerment training center for inclusive young people. The center will train the youth on agro-pastoral activities and to support them with start-up capital or tools after their graduation.
The young people need to work with youth groups in other regions and countries exchanging skills and ideas for other social and economic opportunities.
Majority of citizens especially young people who are academically and professional qualifies find it difficult to enter the civil service employment this days due to the difficult employment conditions,tribalism,favoritism etc so they turn to entrepreneurship activities or the sole-proprietor business.
The problems of lack of career orientation(counseling) from primary education.Lack of vocational(professional), entrepreneurial skills(competence) and empowerment. Lack of possibilities and opportunities to micro-finance to carry on with income generation and economic self-reliance activities.Having the economic and financial
I believe that if young people are doing something ,they could contribute in nation building ,will play an important role in leadership development owing to the fact that,they hold the future in their hands. Youth make the majority of the population just like women and any development program either public or private without the active participation of youths would lead to a failure. Y
If poverty and unemployment is not solve urgently, it might degenerate to social and economic ,turbulence, uprising ,demonstration ,vandalism,gangster etc which Will be so disturbing to the communities,to the nations and to the world.
Over 5000 youth are affected by this unemployment crisis.
Bad governance has contributed to this problem.
To Provide opportunities with young people to present their views ideas in a joint forum with economies regarding the support policies they are in need.
To Provide opportunities to discuss how to promote the youth mobility plan between economies by enhancing the international mobility of qualifications.
We are planning with the local chiefs, the youth groups, local social volunteers, and other interest groups to teach modern scientific and technology farming methods, inputs, etc. to improve on the poor primitive farming practices to increase ouput,to transform raw crops such as palm,cocoa,tomatoes,cassava,etc. The capacity building and leadership skills is in the form of education , empowerment,communication, economic self-reliance and income generation
We support them form and work in groups so that through these groups they can change many bad habit that affects progress .They are trained on how to create local democratic institutions where good governance could effectively practice. We support young people to develop interest in the soil as their source of livelyhood.Inorder to attained these objectives, we also support them with farm tools, high yield seedlings, tubers , insecticides and lobby for farm land with the local chiefs.
The population and community is poor and consist mainly of farmer and few cicil servant. The youth make up 65% of the population and who are academically educated but not vocationally nor professionally trained.We are located within the community.We observe,carryout one on one interview and sometimes group questionnaires.we are still planning to hold more community problems analyses meetings. They form 50 % of the management especially in decision making.They are 50% in the board of executives cannot operate successfully except the local population are involved, have interest as owners.They are needed because,we their security and we use the population for data to prepare to our policies,strategic plans and impacting objectives.
The community members are volunteers, organizers,advocates,animators at seminars. They are trained, will squired the knowledge ,implement the knowledge,they monitor and evaluate project activities,and will sustain and replicate activities.

The training ,education and empowerment are income generating and job-oriented.Vocational training is for over 500 youths who will also create jobs for other generation after completion and are well placed.

We are working with village and community development committees and councils which are people-driven initiatives,elected and trusted by the people. Since local problems needs local democracy and good governance,we find working with local development committees more reliable and trust-worthy to work with. We work with these local entities because they are in the villages which means they understand the youth problems and are assisting us to get the accurate and complete data to produce the policies,strategic plan and the objectives.They participate in monitoring.evaluation,sustainability and replication of project. They guarantee,stable and secured an enabling working environment.

We work as a synergy of inter-disciplinary/inter-professionals with higher diploma /university academic profile and years of work experience. We recruit only be merit of experience and having worked with reputed and record-making organizations.We mostly count on talent and who can deliver the goods,who can make things to happen,who can impact people's life.We work with transformers,idealists,sense-makers,researchers,innovators,teachers,creative minds,counselors ,builders etc.
The team consists of project managers, social workers,gender experts,poverty and empowerment experts,careers counselors and builders,community development advocates,animators and educators.The team is guided by policies like equity , gender and equality of rights and in decision making and position, the respect of roles and responsibilities,openness,love,shared ideas,best practices , ethic and good communication,respect of minority rights.
We respect our work plan and makes sure that heads of department forward to the manager their weekly reports and records of activities.At the end of each month,there is a general meeting for evaluation,inventory of resources etc.
There is an effective and efficient accounting and computerization and an experienced information and technology staff who manages all data.

We cannot operate and get to our objectives if we neglect local initiatives, potential and resources. They assist during seminars in distributing invitation letters to private and public authorities.They assist in organizing and decorating seminar halls.Some are facilitators and animators.They enable project activities reach a wide beneficiaries.
We provide knowledge,competence and skills to villages and communities so that it could assist them carryout their development initiatives ,solve youth problems,created wealth and capital,reduce poverty and use local resources successfully and sustainably. Knowledge sustains all development and guarantees generational impacts.
However,the project through the trainees will also provides Chickens,pigs,plantain,tomatoes,cassava,maize and pepper in bulk to local and regional markets.
The local and international communities will benefit from project activities. They include: individuals,households,families,groups,companies,organisations,schools,hotels,restaurants,hospitals,neighboring countries in the CEMAC and ECOWAS zone.
The services will be provided through internet downloading,social network,the media,hard copies will be sent through the post offices.
The products from agro-pastoral and poultry will reach beneficiaries through the markets via transportation or shipment with the buyer paying part of the shipment cost.
The public needs knowledge to develop talent and use it to solve social and economic problems.To manage resources properly and sustainably. They need the products for protein,carbohydrate,energy,growth,healing or to re-sell to have income.etc.

We are going to sustain the project financially if we can apply these measures or strategies strictly involving all the concern staff and volunteers.

We are confident of our stakeholders , staff and volunteers that with the above strategies in place,we are going to have a balance income and revenue record.
We have financial barriers to get the necessary equipment to execute activities and to reach objectives and of creating opportunities for young people to have jobs by acquired knowledge from training workshops or through community development committees support program.
We also need resources and platform through which we can tap ideas to get to the goals of the project.
