I am a Nigerian a and here in Africa, we believe strongly that after graduation the university, we hope we land a job in a big oil company. But it's a fools errand, they are no jobs waiting for the youths, we have to learn on-demand skills and grow the Economy. On our Online Platform, we TRAIN and CURATE the best freelancers in each Africa, Connect them to Employers in Africa and around the World who need the urgent Services of these Professionals. The Youths become Employed, and they make money and grow their Lives.

The Impact of our Solution is that it reduces the rate of un-employment.Employers and Individuals with on-demand Jobs , and Skilled un-employed Freelance Professionals would benefit from our Platform. It is an online Platform, and they would access our Platform through their Mobile devices.

1. We built-in a smart "matching Process", it matches an employer to a freelancer that matches his exact; budget, skill set and location.

3. Each Freelancer is rated on a more concise review system, they rated on their: Delivery time, Job success, Communication skill and Job satisfaction.

4. Our Platform left behind the Popular bidding Process which leads to low job quality and lower earning for the Freelancers.

Our Platform was built to make the hiring process easy and fast for both the Employers and  freelancers. We have these unique features:

1. An AI based marketplace that studies the usage of each employer and freelancer and recommends Freelancers and Jobs relating to a specific query.

2. We added an inbuilt real-time messenger that helps the employer interact with the Hired Freelancer. 

3. A freelance Platform should make outsourcing easier, not more difficult. We made that our watch word.

People would be able to access our platform through our Website. 

Putting in Focus the Fact that the  Internet in  Nigeria and Africa isn't always reliable, we built our platform lightweight so that even the slowest internet can be used to access our Platform.

 And soon, they'll be able to download our mobile apps from where they could, Track the Progress of their Project and Conduct Video Interviews to freelancers before hiring them all on the go.

We have high level Jobs handled in-house by our Development team, with which we use to sustain ourselves as we grow. We also charge our Freelancers a 10% commission on every completed Project.

1. Low access to High Speed Internet: Internet access in Nigeria and Africa is mostly epileptic in most sub-urban areas, and this leads to lower patronage for budding Freelancers in these areas. 

2. Bad/Poor work ethics in Africa: Most Africans are out to make money fast, and don't really regard hard-work and slow growth to success. 

3. Low Patronage of Local Content by most Africans: Here in Africa, we prefer foreign content, skills, and professionals, thereby overlooking or completely ignoring our Local Content.
