the main factors contributing to the problem that related to our project are among other: lack of dedicated and established public and private sector  SMEs, farmers, agro dealers , students and women business management skills ,markets and access financing business development support services .

this is also justified by the world bank's cost and easy of doing business reports and other publications.

the project and indeed ELIF Business Solutions Ltd mainly targets the Zambian and African SMEs, farmers , agro dealers , young and students entreprenuers  and other businesses ,including African governments in business development support services , entrepreneurship and innovations promotion.

we are always collaborating with SMEs, farmers , agro dealers , young and students entreprenuers  and other businesses ,including African governments with a view to fully understand their daily and operational and all other business , management, financial and innovation challenge needs .

Therefore through collaboration and market research and needs assessments we are able to easily come up with these appropriate  project proposals and solutions.

- the identified problem, solution project is all aimed at facilitating the elevation of our target small and new  businesses by providing them the righful tools and skills,technologies to help them turn challenges into opportunities and business ventures .

- this project also related to dimension 3  of retraining old employees with appropriate skills 

The EZ- Business Incubation support services project and initiative is innovative and unique in many ways in the design, management and operation structure. It is also designed to also promote Regional and continental integration for Zambia and all African SMEs, farmers , agro dealers , young and student entrepreneurs , with a view to enhance intra and inter trade between and among African SMEs, farmers , agro dealers , young and student entrepreneurs and other business partnerships inline with African continental free trade area. the initiative is also designed to promote stakeholder partnerships and to also promote positive use of social media and ICTs to enhance business development support services provision .

this initiative it relies on technology in so many ways promoting the use Internet of things in offering virtual services and also manufacturing irrigation and biodegradable banana fiber sanitary pads and various other banana fruits and banana stem by products ie; banana fruits chips and flour for various banana confectionery products. Also the  banana stem by products which would include technologies for making ; banana pickle, candies and soft drinks from the stem central core, the banana liquid organic fertilizers , the banana vermi manure  , the banana fibre biodegradable  sanitary, shopping bags , diapers and over 150 banana fibre handcarfts and other textiles . 

this may also include banana seed technology and irrigation, technologies etc. through cluster shared support system and also providing non cash credit through production and processing tools and other related inputs depending on the SMEs and business services needs. 

all the needed and proposed technologies are widely used and accepted technology across the world .

Our impact goals are ; to operationalize the EZ   business incubation and cluster support services and serving about 2000 SMEs and new businesses , while also targeting over 6000SMEs and new businesses in the next fives directly and virtually /indirectly in hundred of thousands .

we therefore   plan to achieve them is  whether through strategic partnerships and collaborations with other organizations in scaling up and   replication these services across the COMESA Region and whole of Africa.

we have three full time , with about 10 to 15 part time staff as when we have new projects , also part time consultants and able to subcontract other businesses or partners when the project funding is available. 

our team is well positioned with complimentary skills and with all  with over ten years practical experiences in promoting business and development support services to SMEs, farmers ,agro dealers and entrepreneurship and innovations for all.

but we also have vast capacity building and training tools and resources for the delivery of all the needed services and also with vast local, regional and global partnerships in the sector . 

Chawama youth project and Skill training centre , the Zambia Development Agency , the Global entrepreneurship network , the entrepreneurship world cup , the Global students entrepreneurship Awards and many more . With all these and more we are the country hosts ,local delivery partners for Zambia .

we offer various tailor made business development support services directly to SMEs, farmers , agro dealers and businesses  or for client banks for their clients . Hence our value are services which helps them in sustainable business management and other areas of business and projects improvement.

in the proposed implementation of this programme we plan various ways for resources mobilization and funding acquisition as follows; donations and grants, selling products or services, raising investment capital, or a combination of all.

financial , technology resources or both as these are the key challenges for us to implement our project .

we are looking for joint venture or equity partnerships or just mere grants or donation partners for both cash and various required business technologies ie; for internet of things ; laptops, desktops, all related tools, banana by products production , processing and manufacturing and various irrigation and fruits and vegetables  products production , processing and manufacturing for our shared cluster support to MSMEs, MSMIs and Cooperatives across sectors

all the support shall be dedicated to support at least 80% women and girls SMEs and businesses 

i qualify as Solutions is also partly supporting and promoting good jobs and inclusive entrepreneurship and to also  enable working-age adults to build the skills and resources they need to access well-paying jobs in a changing marketplace

we qualify as this initiative also fits well with the Award in many ways as follows; 

- solutions that increase literacy rates among adults and that advance inclusive economic growth through greater digital literacy

- really interested in including a future pilot in Portugal  following my earlier interaction with somebody from Lublin and seen that the country is dynamic and with more for Zambia and rest of africa to learn from them more especially in the areas of the fields of arts, charity, education, and science

and that we also have the Chawama agro marketing led by Chawama womens club and now cooperative society fully fits under the Awards Inclusive Entrepreneurship and Learning for Girls and Women Challenges
