Closing the gap between students and mentors, who due to distance and working hours miss out on opportunities to get mentored and mentor respectively.
As an organisation with the aim of producing outstanding Young entrepreneural leaders , in partnership with local corporates through our experiential programs focusing on Entrepreneurship ,Work readiness and financial literacy Skills, face a challenge of bridging the gap between our corporate partners and the students in our programs in Secondary schools across the country due to location and work schedule of our partner and school programs.
The solution to this challenge is introduction of a blended learning experience with the aid of tablets with pre-loaded free educational content and ability to link mentors and students through available various platforms made available through the tablets
Through this, the challenge of location and time will be solved giving opportunities for many students to benefit from mentorship through our corporate partners.
The solution solves the gap between marginalized students who miss on the opportunity to benefit from mentors ready to share their experience, motivate, guide and offer assistance to students due school location and work schedule of partners/mentors
Our proposal will solve this problem since through the tablets provided and through internet connectivity students will be able to submit or connect with mentors through group chats, video calls and other ways and the ready available mentors will be able to share their feedback through other channels made available through the tablets, thus bridging the gap between the the students and the mentors.
Nurturing of 2000 young outstanding entrepreneural leaders in Secondary schools in Kenya participating in our programs. The solution will be deployed through the already existing program structure in partnership with school administrations and corporate partners.

This solution brings together learners who are students in our program and corporate mentors from the corporate sector thus sharing and preparing students to provide real business solutions to real business problems. This makes the program relevant and human centered.
The solution will be deployed through our experiential programs delivered existing structure in schools and corporate partners. It will be affordable through the use of the affordable tablets through our existing partnership with Rumie Initiative.
