Migrantin is a digital platform matching the applications of migrants seeking work to the offers of employers. The platform would be targeted mainly at non-governmental organizations supporting migrants in Poland, including in job search and integration.
In Poland, we observe a large influx of migrants (including from Ukraine, India). There is a great need to run such a platform. Poland should be ready for the fact that there will be even more migrants, which is a big plus for the market and the economy.
There is no personalized English platform combining migrant applications with employer offers. Some people from abroad have trouble finding a job matching their qualifications. I want to break the stereotype that exists in Poland, that not every Ukrainian must be a cleaner, nor an Indian need to work at Uber Eats

More and more migrants are in Poland, because Poland is becoming an attractive workplace for migrants. Many people come looking for a job not only in a low position

The current labor market does not facilitate the difficult situation of immigrants. We must remember that in many companies the recruitment requirement is knowledge of Polish at least at B2 level. There are also legal issues related to employing a foreigner, which require additional work and costs from the employer.
