Our methodologies can work for any industry, but our target market is the automotive industry. The automotive industry is moving towards fully autonomous vehicles being on rode within the next 5-10 years. There are still open issues with the current design, and vehicles are only partially autonomous. How can we enhance a technology when there is minimal progression in improving its current design? Especially since there is still a ton of confusion as between the relationship of existing issues and how to resolve the root causes versus the symptoms. This is a constant issues with Automakers and automotive Suppliers.

In the automotive industry, the amount of people we serve will be based on the size of the organization. We will plan accordingly as it pertains to enhancing the organization in the areas of people, process, and product.
Our first phase of the QRS Enterprise will be a small facility of approximately 360-400k SQFT. facility that will consist of office space, TEG STREAM facility, The Elevation Group automotive simulated facility (including warehousing activities), prototype lab, company gym, cost center functional A2LA lab, and more. This will serve as our headquarters. This is our 6-12-month plan to start business with our clients.
In parallel, our 2-5-year plan of the QRS Enterprise will be a larger facility of approximately 850k SQFT. facility that will consist of office space, TEG STREAM facility, The Elevation Group automotive simulated facility (including warehousing activities), prototype lab, company gym, cost-center functional A2LA lab, and more. This will serve as our headquarters. We will purchase space in the Detroit, MI area
