Resilient agriculture
1.All those who had migrated in search of job have come back and the number of members in the family has increase but the income from agriculture is not sufficent to food. Thus, the ST,SC,OBC communities have become victims of pandamic.
2.The soluation is Integrated approach to provide multiple option to increase income.
3. Integrated approach will engage all the migrant labourers throughout the year. it wll provide emplyment and solve food scarcity. Cultivation will be carried out throughout the year and livestock farming will be key to change the outlock of rural economy.
we are solving some of the specific problems:-
1.Number of people affected by the pandamic and who have become jobless will be provided options in the village itself to earn to live dignified life. They will be engaged through agriculture, livestock farming. The agriculture will be supported with solar irrigation system to carry on cultivate throughout the year.
2.Food scarcity and hundger:- land holding per family is the same but the number of people in the family has increase for all those who had migrated are back at home. Thus, the food collected from agriculture is not sufficent to feed them. They are compled to live without food or else die without food unless they are provided aditional options to increase income of the family.
3. Women and children:- Maternal and child health is going to be greatly affected. Without money, the migrant labourers won't be able to take their wives and children for treatment. Thus, there wll be increase in materna and child death ratio.
4. Education and employment:- lack of income parents will not be able to send their children to school. The ST,SC,OBC community will be forced to dark age.The age without education. no education no jobs.
The solution that we propose are as under:-
- Promote multi sessional agriculture opportunity for 1000 rural households through agriculture.
- Train and provide initial inputs to 1000 rural household on cultivation of high yielding variety of vegetables, pulses, oil seeds and wheat and rice with use of FYM and Vermicomposting through 20 PGs.
- Train 1000 tribal households on FYM and vermicomposting to maintain soil health.
- promote plantation of timber wood and horticulture with 1000 HH to prevent soil erosion and increase income of the family.
- install 10 units of solar irrigation system to provide water to carry on agriculture in all the seasons.
- train and provide initial capital to 200 households on piggery firming, 200 HH on goatery, 200 HH on duckery, 200 HH on chicken farming with the support of state government.
- Formation of one fishery PG and training and provision of initial input supplies.
- Strengthen school management committee and existing Aganwadi to make existing school a model school.
- support all the needy persons belonging to 1000 tribal households to avail social benefit schemes (old age, widow/widower, ration card, and job card) with the support of block.
The solution is for ST,SC,OBC communities of Jharkhand,India. The communities, which depend on agriclutre. And the to uncertainity of rain, income from agriculture has been drastically reducing;thus, they are forced to migrate to cities in search of alternative livelihood. However, they are greatly affected due to pandemic. They are back home but now facing situation of hunger.
We have been working for these communities ever since the foundation of the organization. Thus, we know the situation of thier houses. We are brain storming so that here after they use upper land ,the land which is baren to increase income. Use technical methods to cultivate and increase income and to adopt livestock as one of the best business to double income.
The solution is based on the research conducted by Birsa Agriculture university,Ranchi and JREDA. Birsa agriculture university has developed high yeilding varity of seeds, which will be used for cultivation and developed TND fariety of pigs. It has better variety of goats, ducks and chicken as well. All these will be used with proper training to generate emplyment in the village itself.
- Support small-scale producers with access to inputs, capital, and knowledge to improve yields while sustaining productivity of land and seas
The problem is food scarcity due to unemplyment and increase number of family members due to global pandamic. All the family members are back and there is no food to feed all of them. Our solution focus to address this issue. Through the project, income from the same land will double and livestock will be adopted as major source of income. The solution's target population is ST,SC,OBC families affected by global pandamic.Their traditinal profession is agriclutre, they need training on technical method of farming and livestock keeping.
- Growth: An organization with an established product, service, or business model rolled out in one or, ideally, several communities, which is poised for further growth
- A new application of an existing technology
Our solution is innovative in nature for it is multi focused to address one issue that is food scarcity and hunger.
This through use of upland and solar irrigation system and with convergance with the state goverment.
The core technology is knowlege of the local community with added support from solar irrigation system and provision of improved high yeilding varity of seeds and livestock with proper training for management.
We have been working with this technology since last 10 years. It is accepted technology and has changed rural face. It was implemented in Bokaro district of Jharkhand,India.
- Ancestral Technology & Practices
- Behavioral Technology
- Biotechnology / Bioengineering
Use of local knowledge with the aditional support of modern developed methodology to increase income from the same land but with maintaining the soil quality. Promote what the local community love to do in a professional manner. Train and educate them.Livestock which is not treated as professinal business in the village but kept only for family support. This will be professionalized with proper training. Useing local resources and local manpower to provide emplyment and to support to decrease food scarcity. This model focuses on reducing migration, food scarcity and hundger.

currently serve 27500 persons and expect to serve 785000 people.
1.Provide multiple employment options in the village to increase income.
2. Reduce migration and death due to unemplyment and food scarcity.
The major barriers are the financial support and set back due to increase ratio of migration. Since livelihood option was avilable in the cities, agriculture was neglected basically in the upper land. Thus, income from agriclutre too reduced due to cultivation in less land.
With the grant support we will be able to mobalize the rural community. Since all the migrant labourers are back and are in search of alternative livelhoood option, we will be able to solve the issues. Now majority of the migrant labourers are back at home and are jobless. They will be motivated to take up agriculture in dynamic faction and livestock in commercial approach.
