Trace Farm
There are challenges in the agricultural industry where large companies need to track commodity supply chains (traceability), forecast analysis, ensure food security and their inventory availability. On the other hand, certification audits are also needed for farmer groups and producers involved in crop production to ensure that they meet sustainable agricultural standards. TraceFarm exist to solve them. We support small-scale producers with access to inputs and knowledge to improve yields while sustaining productivity of land. Our product innovation is web apps based platform that use AI and big data to analyze. This platform provides traceability, guidelines for good agricultural practices, forecast analysis, certification, green innovation, and trading by cultivating citizen engagement through continuous collaboration and system excellence to create social impact improving the agribusiness ecosystem, the life of farmers, promoting local businesses and creating employment opportunities to improve economic dynamic.
Currently we manage around 2500 farmers in Sulawesi, eastern part of Indonesia and several processing industry. We focus on 3 commodities from downstream to upstream in cacao, coffee and seaweed.
Mainly there are two entities whose problems we are trying to solve:
1.) companies that need database on commodity trace, supply chain, certification and prediction analysis based on their needs from accurate sources to ensure food security and their inventory availability.
2.) farmers who wants to access information on best use farming from accurate sources while we provide them good agricultural practice guideline and farming equipments so the farmers will meet sustainable agriculture standard and increase their income.
We deliver good agricultural practices and certification for farmers, commodity traceability, database of plantation and location, big data of supply chain, price and volume tracking, drone remote sensing, prediction analysis by AI image processing, access information on green innovation and best use of planting to support sustainable ecosystem. We create social impact by developing a tracking platform, data analysis, improving the agribusiness ecosystem, the life of farmers, promoting local businesses and creating employment opportunities to improve economic dynamics.
Currently we manage around 2500 farmers in Sulawesi, Indonesia. We are doing B2B with big industry processing both abroad and local. With the optimization, traceability, and accuracy of the data, this platform designated to supports countries in the world where part of its revenues is based on the agriculture and plantation sectors. So we started it from Indonesia, our country which is main producer for raw commodities such as cocoa, coffee, and seaweed.
- Support small-scale producers with access to inputs, capital, and knowledge to improve yields while sustaining productivity of land and seas
Agriculture occupies more than 40% of Earth's land, including 470 million smallholder farmers who often depend on less than 2 hectares for both income and sustenance. Indonesian as agriculture country noted that each farmer support around four family members. Trace Farm become agriculture food system enabler in Sulawesi, Indonesia as this region is global producer of cacao, coffee and seaweed. We support small-scale producers with access to inputs and knowledge to improve yields while sustaining productivity of land and create social impact by developing a AI tracking platform and big data analysis to improve agribusiness ecosystem and farmers life.
- Growth: An organization with an established product, service, or business model rolled out in one or, ideally, several communities, which is poised for further growth

TraceFarm using technology 4.0 such as AI, Big Data and image processing to strengthen the commodity business value chain from upstream to downstream in an inclusive manner. We disseminate information and knowledge (know-how) about agriculture and good farming for farmers through a platform to overcome low productivity caused by lack of plant nutrition, low crop quality, and low technical management. We also give solution for processing companies to trace, analyze and predict the commodity so they get quality assurance and inventory safety from trusted and reliable intermediation system, which works effectively and efficiently to reduce transaction costs that tend to be high.
