The selling cost ranges from $300 - #3000. For future growth, the larger percentage of the profits on the products sold will be re-invested back to the business to have more access to the raw materials in bulk which is more easier and cheaper. S-HomeDev innovation targets various challenges facing Nigeria and other related African countries with similar challenges such as Insecurity, environmental emission, energy optimization problem and water management problem. S-HomeDev complete implementation will improve quality of living of people by deploying automated control of appliances and, essential utilities and by providing assistive support most especially to disable in the society. The projects comprises of different block of circuits and all the blocks have been separately simulated while part have already been fabricated with local content materials.

S-HomeDev is made from basic electronics components and embedded systems with simple C-programing code. It is locally fabricated to make it simple, affordable and easy to install and which can also work with conventional home distribution board. The printed circuit board PCB is design with KiCAD open source software and etch locally with etching chemical (Ammonium Persulphate) which make its mass production cheaper, smart, rugged and meet international standard.
