Once agriculture was the main pillar of countries economy. On the other hand, we have farmers struggling with extreme climate such as Iceland . 

Aim of this platform is an agency that would provide locals with sustainable formal employment and provide farmers, who produce milk and meat all over the globe with affordable animal feedstock. Remotely farmer chooses his parcel and stays involved in the whole process. Farmer is the one who picks the type of seed, fertilizer, watering management, and can check progress by drone any time he wants. 
The crucial element of this concept is networking farmers from same geo-region, so cost of cargo airplane have minimal effect on food production.

Agriculture workers in Bosnia and Herzegovina are considered formally as unemployed. By hard work, they are able to solve their existence, but some rights and benefits of employed persons are unreachable to them such as pension plan or health insurance, bank loan, or leasing a car.

Locally produced meat and milk in many areas can become more competitive in the local market.

The global exchange of knowledge is very important. Domestic agriculture workers, who mostly don't have access to networking or seminars will every day learn from farmers who know-how maximize yields and optimally use every inch of land. Skills they adopt they will apply on their gardens, farms or greenhouses.
