Food Security, creating vertical farms

We will solve obesity, access to organic foodstuffs as required in all areas of the world and create a more sustainable and healthy scenario for generations to come.

We work in the US via Opportunity Zones (OZ's) whereas Local Grown Salads (LGS) receives Grants and loans to purchase Real Estate mostly in impoverished areas. We also have equipment Grants up to 85% of its costs for use in these OZ's. No vertical farm firms can offer anywhere near the yields and costs provided by LGS. We have many documents to share in a transparent manner. Zale Tabakman has the plan ready for implementation having previously setup 2 labs for confirmation of proof of concept.

Simple, we possess a fast growing solution with little money to grow clean, fresh, pesticide-free veggies and herbs in a warehouse setting of no more than 15 foot ceiling heights for ease of operation and scalable from 15,000 square feet on up. The minimum yield is 1.5 million pounds per year. 

We serve people in food desert areas in mostly urban settings. People will consume healthy food that will eliminate poor health. Additionally, we eliminate the fossil fuel miles from farm to table and provide 24/7/365 access to grow anything required of many varieties of veggies including tomatoes, cucumbers, exotic veggies and herbs depending on the demand and needs of the consumer. 

We create a better world by feeding people produce locally with access all year round. Affordable, scalable and we can create actual salads as required. This scenario of packing salads in clam shell or bagged containers offers a complete meal.
