The project aims to producing highly nutritious food from insects as alternative, innovative, affordable and sustainable source of proteins.

Building a cricket farm shall enable 300 vulnerable women and 200 youth to learn and practices on how to rear crickets as food for their income generation.

Our target beneficiaries:

Rwandese vulnerable Women (300) and Youth (200) in rural area that demonstrated food security issues.

The number shall increase accordingly to the availability of financials means.

As long as the Prize is basically given to make a positive change for women.The implementation of projects will focus on building a cricket farm and training of women.The successful trained women could start their own businesses and be part of cricket value chain.

The results will take our beneficiaries to the achievement of SDGs Goals:No Hunger, No Poverty, Good Health and Nutrition and Economic Growth.

The partnership with Solve Member and others shall make a good way to the development of our vulnerable women.This could help to solve Covid-19 challenge.
