 GDP per capita , currently has notified that more than half of the population in Nigeria can’t afford two square meal per day, most vulnerable in these circumstances are people between the ages of 16-25Years which don’t have employment to provide themselves with adequate proportion of meal because they can’t carter for themselves

I write in respect to the above it is my sincere desire to embark upon this all encompassing project which I was trained for under community life Reorientation of the millennium development Goals (MDGs),it is absolute belief that food security plays very vital role in the growth of any nation and create much economical value for advancement for  nation. Presently, millions of people in Nigeria live in abject poverty and faced with a lot of hunger dehumanizing and unfit.

Hunger and poverty :

One of the ways that this problem could be solve is through  identifying people with needed skills and talents for the organization train them in order to develop and inculcate them the needed leadership skills, choosing the next leader, creating a letting go policy, establishing financial security of the members for taking organization public and liquidation. And  must has the ability to work independently prioritize appropriately to ensure always that the performance is in accordance with the organizational policy so as to promote the highest level of intellectual achievement with excellent analytical and judgment skills for legal achievement(s).  

Too often, we hear about companies exploiting workers, demonstrating poor ethics, and only being concerned about the bottom line. At the same time, Porter has a compelling thought. This business can make the solution rather than the problem?

 Businesses have something that NGO’s and nonprofits don’t: scale. Businesses have significantly more resources, which gives them the potential to promote social change faster and more effectively. Rather than combining the different resources, needs, and wants of 1,000 nonprofits, we could look to one large business to have the same impact.

        To cultivate, inculcate analytical and critical skills relevant for this development and find leaders who are,  willing to transfer all ideas, skills and techniques that are relevant, to reinforce, promote and strengthen endogenous capacity for sustainable development;is to improve the effectiveness of development among the members so that they can contribute maximally to the attainment of the system goals. Because excellence is a reflection of the standard of quality that permeate the various aspect and element of given condition(s), situation or product(s), so as to help in achieving critical and innovative capacity of addressing real-life situation facing society

To bring inclusive growth in the society and provide societal needs making people acknowledge the potentials in one another to   reducing the rate of illiteracy in the society also brings hope to less privilege Now there is a need for individual to seize this opportunity to create remarkable, innovative impacts  most of the voluntary offer that we make mostly goes  to widow in the cases female gender are the core beneficiaries to this programme.The implementation of this project will be done or carried out at IKOT ESE VILLAGE, ETIM EKPO L.G.A, AKWA IBOM STATE, NIGERIA .location in which the project would be taken place, this is due to ours searched and agreement of the organization  without bias, organization came to greed on this due to the level of increase poverty among widows and increase illiteracy among youths  In low income nation like NIGERIA, income inequality occurs in Nigeria where lower percentage of the nation’s population controls a larger proportion of the nation wealth economy.where it is  difficult for an average individual in Nigeria society or household to maintain a minimum standard of living, this is situation a lot persons found seemingly helpless.

Food production in Nigeria doesn't  meet adequate specification, food production for adequate proportion per capita asbecome one of the major challenges. This is due to lack of sponsorship of small scale Agro-business for food production, Lack of sufficient training for good farming, lack of adequate support by  government.

while the highest 20% of the Nigerian population controls approximately half of the income accruing to the nation, the lowest 20% struggles to gain access to approximately 5% of the nation's wealth. As revealed by the table, the proportion of income in custody of the highest 20% of the population which was 46.04 % in 2003, it rose again to 48.98% and 54.01% in 2009 and 2010 respectively.

This is against the fact that the proportion of income in the hands of the lowest 20% of the population, which is very low, has been deteriorating instead of improving, thus making the distribution problem worse.
