hometeach24 is the first and only online  educational solution that targets to mobilize edecation in the region and specially for girls  because there are millions of girls at homes need  to learn  but because of that they work at home they can,t go to schools  so that is the idea behind this solution and to bring the knowledge to those girls at their doorstep, also we employ girls /educated women  and  encourage them to teach girls online

In here i will try to address the specific problem  our project is solving

1- in our country and east Africa region lacks any online  reputable home teaching for students and girls

2-the girls specifically most of them don,t schools and they work at  their home for their families and they don,t get a time to go schools

3-millions of students don, get any online hometeaching and help them understand their lessons or learn new courses online

4-hometeach24 solves all of the above and brings grils and all students knowledge at their door step with the best tutors and trainers available

5- hometeach24 mobilizes the edecation in the region and create jobs for teachers and tutors locally

What is it? it is  online  face to face online home teaching service  provider,course selling platform, we specifically targets  and encourage the girls to learn online

What does it do?   it does online education , education mobilization , hometeaching services

What processes and technology does it use? we where using  bigblue button technology https://bigbluebutton.org   but  due to heavy loading we recently changed to a third party services such zoom, whatsup  but we are planed to build a new system that can do this job and run it on amazon cloud hosting soon

this solution first of all  mobilizes the education sector and reach millions of students including girsl and brings knowledge at their doorstep in upcoming years

the problem is that there is no online home teaching at all in the country or in this region, millions of students are waiting us to give these services, we target students and specifically help and encourage girls to learn online from homes

here is the key making it innovative:-

1-it is unique and there is no similar services available in the country

2- it mobilize the education sector, spreads the knowledge and fighting the ignorance

3-it gives greate apportunity to learn from homes

5- it create jobs for tutors and teachers specially for educated girls and womens

we use the teleconference technology  teaching, specifically we used one called bigblue button but recently worked with a third part services providers like google and zoom, slack , but we have planned  building our own system and hosting on amazon  or google  very soon.

we currently use a third part  services and we can show and provide our students groups when required

there two main reasons  my theory can change  not only our country but all the east african region

2-there is competitors at all in the field we work on

now we have 350+ students and 15 teachers, in one year we hope to reach 2,000 students and 35 teachers, in five years we hope to reach 10,000 student and half of them will be skill trained

our nex year plan include to increase our current students triple and half of them to be trained different skills  because we want to operate our first technical center this year and at the same time pen agreement with many local technical cerntre ,girls and students can go in specific day to practical technical training centers while they are learning learning online as well, we give girls learn different skills  like cloth tailoring, food cooking etc

to be  honest and  with a clear voice is the financial barrier  because we need the following in this year

1-to pay for a developer company build our new system and app

2-paying amazon or google hosting service  for a year minimum

3-preparing our main technical center and tools for both girls and boys

4-making advertising locally and regionally

we planed to do it step by stem and to do our best, but if we get any financial assistance we will be able to do all the planed above and boost the services fast

we are now having 15 teachers but 7 of them are regular and 3 management personals

me i have more than 9 years of working in education sector and IT dep, while my team have mixed  and different experience from education and technology

we currently  did not partnered with any organization but we hope that next year

because iam  committed to solve our region education problems, imagine east African countries is estimated with 500+ million population, we  are working hard until we solve these problem, reach millions of students and mobilize education and make easy to every person including girls to learn from any where, whether  urban area or rural  area we are committed education to be available there

we have planed to partner more local ,regional or international organizations to double our efforts  towards spreading the knowledge and fighting ignorance which is the killer of east African communities.

i think we qualify because we are solving one of the most important challenges(Education) for human in east Africa for a community exceeds 500 million.
