What specific problem are you solving?

1. We are tackling a challenge of marginalized girls and young women access for quality learning opportunities to succeed

2. The girls and young women around the world have unequal access to quality education, they occupy their families and they are in active activities and the parents keep them home rather than boys. They have stronger barrier than the boys , they get earlier marriage, give birth in earlier age, cultural and social practices, gender biases, and unsafe or unwelcoming learning environments continue to inhibit girls and young women from enrolling in school at all levels and reaching pivotal learning milestones.

Those who were at schools dropped out and those who did not go to school are obstructed to think about schools because of the earlier responsibilities. This cycle of live impedes them to excel in this world of technology.

This project will support the girls and young women access quality learning opportunities to succeed in working environment.

The children born in marginalized families are also marginalized and do slavery work and services. They are neglected and hopeless in the society, they live in extreme poverty.

What is your solution?

The solution : Increased the number of girls and young women accessed quality education for jobs and entrepreneurship through formal and informal education ;

They will support girls and young women to gain the skills needed for accessing jobs or creating jobs.

Either working in Hotels, tourism,farm,animal breeding, saloon,or having any kind of business or shops

We will train them and giving the current technology to tackle the actual world.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

The solution will serve marginalized girls and young women from 6 to 45 years old

They will be get training in :

Service delivery: hairdressing, cooking, tailoring, handcrafts
Animal breeding: poultry, rabbits, pigs , bees breeding, etc
Agricultural :vegetables and flowers,
ICT: computer basic skills, Ms Word, Ms Excel, Power Point presentation and keyboard skills- writing speed on computer with 10 fingers.

Who get training will be supported to have access to jobs and create jobs , they will be self resilient and capable to have money for satisfying their basic ,second and tertiary needs for example educate their children,buying clothes,food and beverage and sustainable their families and being integrated and being considered useful in the society.

the problem of unequal access to formal education of marginalized girls and young women, Training of marginalized girls and young women will boost their capacity and eliminate the marginalization because they will be capable to have jobs and educate their children,to participate wholly in the society challenges,

The girls and young women who could not get money and do business they will be create their own jobs, they can be employed , they can save money ,they can participate in ceremony, they can invite and be invited in the society ceremony.

The innovation for the solution is that identified girls and young women trained will be supported (equipment ,operation fund and linked to the markets) and mentored and link with the availability market,

Our competitors who do the same , they trained girls and women and support them only with the equipment but no operation fund and no mentored and no link to markets)

those who were prostitutes will be out of that and be busy in activities for their families.

The goal to the first year is 660 girls and women are trained and capable to work and zero hunger , no poverty and inequality reduced.

What barriers currently exist for you to accomplish your goals in the next year and in the next five years?

The barriers to accomplish the goals are the budget.

How do you plan to overcome these barriers?

We will pursue to have a budget of USD 1,080,926.32

The Organization will work closely with the Districts in sub villages called Siba, headed by a chief of sibo.

1.1 Human resources

1.2 Office management

The office will be established on the rented house, the cabinets, tables and chairs will be purchased for project representative, staff in charge of trainers and supervision and staff in charge of finance and accounting. The training furniture will be bought to make the training successful. The organization should be sure if the staffs have all equipment, stationery necessaries to run the administration, secretary for the success in achievement of the objectives.
1.3 Audit

The external firm of audit will be recruited to audit the usage of funds at every year of fund usage

Financial report Monitoring and evaluation

The following report will be compulsory; the progress report is to be submitted every term and year report, the financing will be based on report submitted and audited if possible, a final report will be submitted after the end of the activities. The report will be written in English.
