Women being the least educated species, arising from the cultural believes of girls taken to be house wives, care takers and factories for babies. Women are being blamed for even a sex of a child and they are sent out of the marital homes for such when the problem could be with a man. They are left with no income at all and sometimes sent back because the parents do not have a refund bride price. rather than becoming leaders and business managers, women below other species; they don’t seem to realise their capacity and rights as well. There is a need to educate them on hands on skills, so that they can earn their own income, rights, make their decisions as family members, own property and gain positions of leadership. They can earn income to support their children’s education and upkeep, few job slots are for women, most school dropout are women, the least lacking awareness on family planning, COVID-19, etc are women and the lowest in hands on skills. This is the reason why this institution is being set up to help in particular women and youth. Its expected to enhance their social and economic empowerment challenges.
