Learning for girls and women
When the topic of social inequality is addressed, there is a great contrast between men and women. Misogyny, inequality and prejudice against women have been installed in world society since the beginning of our generations. There are many layers of autocracy, which makes it difficult to change, there is still a very large wall that separates women from the same opportunities as men.
Deconstructing actions and ideas that devalue the female sex is still a great challenge, the basis of this problem is strong, but it consists of misinformation and outdated thoughts. I believe that a possible effective change comes initially from education and dialogue. For a problem with such a worldwide proportion, it is necessary to start a movement with the same intensity and structure, to start a change with speeches, which help to provide knowledge and the breaking of paradigms established in society as a whole.
Within gender inequality there are impact levels in different groups, in them are girls and marginalized women. Research and organizations such as the UN, point out that this group has never obtained basic education or aid in relation to jobs, their lives are summarized in early marriages and sub-precipments that do not receive 20% of the salary compared to men. This is one of the poorly placed guidelines. Despite this adversity to be present for centuries, it is not too late to establish a conversion of values.
In order to develop ideas that can trigger a transition from extremely unequal countries to countries where they provide resources and equal opportunities for both genders, it is necessary to think hard and study all contingencies.
Having education as a basis for future projects, building structures through discussions and connections in various places around the world with the help of technology. Take academic training for girls and young women who do not have access to schools, use volunteer programs to teach basic education classes and extracurricular activities, use sports to encourage physical exercise, and introduce these young people to different social areas. Generate educational seminars on essential subjects like the feminist movement and how they could build their life plans. Training workshops could be created, where technical courses such as administration and cooking would be worked on, starting their professional careers.
We know that today, the greatest means of communication is technology, which would be a great tool in projects. Using it as a bridge to exchange experiences between women of different nationalities, helps with classes and further expand the project, reaching greater influence.
The solution is based on the conditions and needs that marginalized girls and women live around the world. Knowing that all of them are unable to progress in their lives initially due to the lack of a basic education, the solution that will start a new world, where all these young women can choose their futures, should start with appropriate teaching classes.
Taking all ideas from theory to practice, in the near future, we would see more women working in different professional areas, guaranteeing quality of life and consequently also having a great impact on the world economy, increasing the GDP of all countries.

my solution fits perfectly in all the needs of marginalized girls and women, where they can have all the help in their lives. It is a problem that needs help, but that nobody really talks about. I am willing, with the help of Solve, to end this problem.
