They are wonderful! I tell them all the time I can't like they lives so i only propose so changes and give they room for taking it. They would like to have more quality time to invests in personal development and the only time they have is early morning and late night so a on-line course will be perfect for keep everybody at the same pace and not letting all the motivation disappear do to day to day duties like taking kids to school or work long hours in a low skilled job. I also do on-line courses and I can do more when I have time and enjoy contribute to the others progress as well.

We use STEM arduino, pictoblox,raspberry pie, micro bit, evive to name a few. At TV I use obs studio and facebook live ans skype. At Radio I use Radio broadcaster software.  For classes and webinairs google classroom, zoom, what'sApp and Wechat.  

Collaboration and team building is assured in the course dynamics to assure every person is being ready to work with the others in society.  

I quickly create a new business way of operating by promoting unusual bridges in times of crisis. We are building competences for technology administration and innovation rather than just use.

Getting scale

I feel so uneasy in communicating at several level in a language to non experts in general but not in particular with a client. It's more about find the tune that the right client will be interested so I kindly ask for partnership in this point. 

Increasing my skills in communication and doing reaction surveys to potential clients. I love it by the way, I lean a lot. and search for partnerships. so far I have a steam partnership to develop leaning tools for financial literacy but not for communication.

For profit it possible but non for profit as a national emergency lack of skills in this area and not enough public and neutral responses to it.
