1. Online AI+ Course
It offers design thinking, AI technology, Liberal Arts, and Verbal Discussion Skill. It is based on educational system in Finland which aims for students' social/ financial/ mental independence. It is important to study not only new technology but also design thinking, liberal arts and verbal skill because they can cultivate their own problem solving skills which can be helpful for their daily problems.
If women failed to work because of lack of ability, various harassment and violence, they can go back to the school again and again to enhance their knowledge, solve their environmental problems, and fill in the blank.
2. Remote Work Opportunity
In the end of the course, it encourage women to join in Kaggle competition which is common for data scientists. After she gets a good score on Kaggle, she can apply for the job opportunities in Kaggle. Remote working permits them to mitigate working stress such as gender bias, power/ sexual harassment and long working hours because they can conceal their genders, races, ages, powers, etc. It also contributes to the sustainability of their work and life. In the future, our company offers remote working platform if it is needed.

This idea is originally constructed at Junction Tokyo, which is a Finnish business contest in April 2017. Our team acquired a special prize.
Solve Workers' Bias for Genders+ and Mitigate Working Stress
As for women, financial independence has two difficulties. The one is to get a good job opportunity because of social bias. If the industry is lack of human resource and based on Technology which has visible outcome, it will be solved. The other problem is violence (power/ sexual harassment, stalking etc.) in working places. If the job permits remote work, it can be solved. In addition, it offers much free time for women to be with their family and take long vacations for their life sustainability.
Based on My Experience
I experienced many sexual harassment in Japanese working places, and consider how I can solve my own problem. First, I learned from the cases of holocaust survivors and living way of Jewish people. I think that their career building method based on knowledge and flexibility of working places is important for minority people. In our age, new technology permits working remotely and the industry is still lack of human resource. Therefore, I think it is a possible way to solve women's working problem. Now, I am working as a data scientist relatively free from gender bias.
What is the impact?
First few years, our team educate women (including LBGT) data scientists. Target number is 100 per a year. And we encourage them to work remotely in cooperated with Kaggle and DataDriven.
Who will benefit?
The solution will contribute to both side, women workers and tech industries lack of human resources.
How?
First, we need to find women with potential who are eager to study and high risk of violence in working places. We will teach data science and the way of modern career building online and face-to-face. For example, such people can be found in the universities and big companies.

Concentrate Women and Remote Work
There are many people who were disappointed how the problem of women's working is difficult. Further, having a good sustainable job is much harder. However, it is unavoidable to consider women's working power because we are faced with population decrease and lack of young workers. Especially, the industry of Artificial Intelligent has a great potential to solve the labor problems of efficiency and other industrial human resource issues. It is not only for the society but also good for women's independence. They can run away from violence by their own skills and effort.
Online Education and Working are just Tool
In this project, we use online educational platform and remote work platform. It is also applicable in underserved community if they have wifi system. However, technology is just a tool of world scale problem solving.To solve the problem, women's spontaneousness is important and they have the right for choice of their career/ working places.
It also has meta-contribution of technology because it aims to educate women data scientist. So, they themselves can solve problems in each industry.
Marketing for University and Company
The potential women are in the university and companies who have difficulties in the current environment. To become a data scientist, people generally go to university again. However, universities are also lack of educators and knowledge about new industries. Also, it is generally male-dominated department so that it can be high risk of harassment and bullying for women. Our system is based on online, so it is more affordable, open for all level, and low risk of violence.

Our financial resources are invest, online course fee, advertising from industries recruitment and data science community.
The most difficult part of this solution is culture of each country. I already held one class in Japan, but Japanese women do not have high motivation to work and change their environment by their own. It is mainly because of Japanese industrial culture, they are educated as indifferent and passive people. Therefore, I personally think starting this project in other Asian countries such as the philippines and Malaysia is better.
As for investment, Japanese industry is still dominated by men. So, proposal of women problem is quite risky to be criticized. I think I need help from world-wide community.

Although we already have relatively solid solution, the most difficult part is scalability. It is important to find women who are interested in modern career and have high motivation to study. So, we mainly need to take advantage of solve as Scaled. Also, it can be great to find partners.
We're searching for partners. Our member includes Malaysian. We attended Junction Tokyo and got a special prize from iamtheCode.
We don't have any competitors in Japan so far.
