From a very early stage it is instilled into girl's mind that their duty lies in providing services to their family. Self denial, putting others before oneself are encouraged in her upbringing. Gender division of labour leading to gender stereotyping of jobs is a traditional feature of most society. About 65% of women in the world are marginalized in terms of work, politics, and decision making. Annual estimate produced by ILO(1996) Shows that West Africa's women unemployment scale is 47.2, north Africa is 19.2. while sub Saharan Africa is 50.1.
The factors that contribute to marginalization of women and girls in terms of opportunity and socialization pattern are that cultural values are heavily biased in favour of men resulting to sex discrimination. Low interest in pursuance of career in education. Erroneous perception that education is for men. Subordinate cultural status of women. Competing times to discharge their roles and responsibilities. Lack of absolute commitment and concentration.
The United children emergency fund, shows that about 47.5% of girls are uneducated globally. And according to girls love foundation survey of gender based violence, 2,500 girls are raped, molested, face domestic violence annually.
Gradual change of belief system through better education and information with emphasis on gender empowerment measure. As of 2019 I organize an enlightenment program to promote policies that prepare women and children to be educated. Through the use of all social media platforms, lobbying the government to improve gender awareness and establish gender sensitive industrial policies. We sponsored the funding of public awareness by paying network providers to send messages to the public to educate the people on equitable consideration and unbiased entrepreneurial opportunities between men and women.
We started going to rural areas to encourage capacity building and cultural reorientation for women's behavior modifications to reflect entrepreneur stereotyping behavior.
We encouraged all girls school to enable young girls and women to access quality learning to succeed, and reinforce self confidence in women through sensitization workshops and seminars.
The girls and women are ruled out from opportunities like education and decision making. The cumulative psychological effect of this kind of socialization process becomes evident later in life, in her low level of confidence and inability to demand for her own right.
Lack of education skills, training and experience, women have low level of education partly due to early marriage and preference to male child.
I have developed a plan to establish a technical and commercial schools and encourage girls to enroll. I have upgraded women entrepreneurial skills through professional assistance. Started a programme to assist in acquisition of modern technology. Assigning challenging tasks to build their confidence and build wealth position.
It will enable them to be promoters because women scan the environment, identify opportunities, marshal resources and implement policies. Women are motivated by the wish, to show themselves and nearest surrounding as their market, that they can succeed. They can exploit their creative gifts and endless existing probabilities.

The aim of inventing the software is to consider women as specific target group for all developmental stages of life, to increase their privacy, and talk more on their hormonal changes. Training and counseling will be organized in the app. To reinforce self confidence in women and girls through sensitization workshops and seminars they will be column for meeting, so that all the women and girls around the world can interact and find lasting solution to the problem.

Brush and Hisrch(1999) cited in OECD(2004), posited that in recent times women represent a rapidly growing group, in both education and business sector. And by next 5years, with the introduction of girls app, the number will be massive. It will benefit millions of women around the globe. That is why my organization wants to host a workshop and seminars around the country to reinforce self confidence in women and girls, assign challenging tasks and build wealth position for girls and women. Lack of access to loanable capital as banks and other financial institutions are skeptical on their ability to risk their funds on new innovation, and this has affected us to develop the app and actualize our goal. Market imperfection and inefficiencies which deny the resource to organize new ventures. The app when developed, will need total advertising and media support to conquer the challenges faced by market imperfection and this require huge capital.
Excessive regulation, formalities and procedural delays in licences registration and site allotment, political and economic instability can legally have an impact on the development.

Subordinate cultural status of women, erroneous perception of education and entrepreneurship to be a male domain. A prerequisite for starting a firm is to have capital in terms of financial asset and in terms of relevant knowledge assets. The use of human resources has been effective as We trained over five hundred women and girls with basic information on gender equality and development so that they can establish special outreach mechanism in the rural areas.

My team was the organizer of gender belief system in 2019. Which was hosted in Nigeria, and many women and girls was there to learn and reinforce self confidence in themselves and upgrade rural women entrepreneurial skills through professional assistance. Our team was established 2017, with the aim to consider women and girls as specific target group and help them in skills development and professional competence. We adopted a role culture in which our members have clearly delegated authorities within a highly defined structure.
We started operation 'go back to school' for young women and girls to promote more training opportunities for skills acquisition. And by middle of 2019, more women enrolled in both tertiary, technical and commercial schools.
The introduction of the girls app will also help my team to solve social issues and problems faced by women and girls.
We are partnering with women aid collective (WACOL). It was founded by Mrs Joy Ezeilo, an international NGO which is in a titantic battle to improve the lives of women in the areas of child and maternal care, women empowerment and other issues pertaining to subjection of women. My team and WACOL was the organizer of 'go back to school'. Hosting workshop and seminars to encourage capacity building and cultural reorientation for women's behavior modifications to reflect entrepreneur stereotyping behavior.
Our key business model is both on advertising and promotion. In the first months of 2019, our 'go back to school' awareness campaign was driven by 98.66% by advertising (2000usd). It primary aim was to establish both technical and commercial schools and encourage girls to enroll. The introduction of 'girls app' will consider women as specific target group. Girls and women comprises about 75% of world population, the app which is used for advertising, social orientation and awareness to recognize the contribution of women in the society. However as of now, the company growth is tied to it's ability to engage it's daily active users. By next year and five years to come we expect the money to increase due to awareness and benefits companies got from the workshop and seminars.

During the book Haram insurgency in the north east of Nigeria, many people lost their loved ones. In the refugee camp, women and girls are exposed to different issues like diseases, rape and physical abuse. My team launched a foundation called 'protect them' with the aim to protect and provide skills for women and children, young girls and boys. By the end of 2019, the number of girls and women who are enrolled in both technical and commercial schools is about 3000. Our team has gradually change the belief system for women living in the refugee camp, through better education and information.

Girls education is a strategic development priority. According to UNESCO estimate 130 million girls between the age of 16_17 are out of school. Poverty, child marriage, violence, family policy and child care, lack of appropriate technology and poor infrastructural services etc. Remains the most common barrier to women education in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. My team organized 'go back to school' awareness programme to assist women to enroll in both technical and commercial schools, assist them in acquisition of modern technology. Violence also negatively impact access to education and safe environment for learning. That is why we hosted workshop and seminar to improve gender awareness and establish gender sensitive industrial policies.
If my team gets the prize money. We will provide conditional cash transfers, stipends or scholarship to most vulnerable girls and women to get educated. We will upgrade rural women and girls entrepreneurial skills through professional assistance. Build hostels for girls living in remote or underserved locations and reducing distance to school. We will host competitions for girls in areas of mathematics, science and technology to train them for professional competence. We will work with agencies that protect the right of women and children to lobby the government of all nation's to include gender sensitive curricula and pedagogies in their curriculum.

There is need to reinforce self confidence in adult through programme that assist in the acquisition of modern technology. Establishment of technical and commercial schools and encourage adults to enroll especially the women. Creation of women programme to promote and develop institutions for support of services of technical kind. Some women have erroneous perception that education and acquisition of skills and knowledge to be a male domain and waste of time for instance Some women still believe that pilot job is for men. and there is need for behavior modifications and Change of attitude to embrace learning pattern of behavior and attributes.

By working with ministry of education in different countries to include adult programme in their tertiary and technical schools where women can enroll. We will conduct vocational training, empowerment programme for women to upgrade their skills and experience.
