We are trying to reduce the number of bullying, harassment, and racism in schools, by helping parents find the right school for their kids. To make school life safe, fun, and memorable for the kids as it's supposed to be.

School Bullying, which includes physical, psychological, and sexual violence and racial, occurs in all countries. The root causes include gender and social norms and wider structural and contextual factors such as income inequality, deprivation, marginalisation, and conflict. It is estimated that 246 million children and adolescents experience school violence in some form every year. 42% percent of students who reported being bullied at school indicated that the bullying was related to at least one of the following characteristics: physical appearance (30%), race (10%), gender (8%), disability (7%), ethnicity (7%), religion (5%), and sexual orientation (4%). Online platform where parents have to register and fill a comprehensive application form with details related to the child's personal info. then our AI will match him with best schools.

We help in Inclusion, equity, and Gender equality: for all girls and boys to have equal opportunity to enjoy education of high quality through reducing the number of bullying, harassment, and racism in schools. not only that, but we also give back to society. By increasing the number of females social-workers or students counselor in school by training newly graduated in social majors And, help them find jobs in our partner's schools.

So far the only solution is to involve the entire school community—students, families, administrators, teachers, and other staff such as bus drivers, nurses, cafeteria and front office staff—in anti-bullying workshops and creating a culture of respect. Zero tolerance and expulsion are not effective approaches.

The shortage of social workers and students counselor in schools and parent's poor judgment in choosing a school is one of the primary reasons some kids suffer from bullying. Hence, if we can find a school for each child not based on school distance, curriculum, and activities school offers and kind of facilities have, as parents usually do. but instead based on his physical appearance, social status, race, gender, religion, language, nationality, and other criteria related to him and increase social-workers and students counselor in schools, we can reduce bullying, harassment, and racism in schools. To do this we need a solution mixed of technology, and human judgment. 

We will revolutionize the way in which parents search for schools around the globe, starting in Saudi Arabia. using AI and machine learning to make the perfect match between schools and kids.

We're designing and developing an easy to use online platform for parents to finds schools that match with their child, and for schools to hire newly graduate well-trained, and qualified, female social-worker and students counselor. to create a safe school environment, by going beyond normal anti-bullying workshops and lectures. because 246 million children and adolescents experience school violence in some form every year. 42% percent was related to at least one of the following characteristics: physical appearance (30%), race (10%), gender (8%), disability (7%), ethnicity (7%), religion (5%), and sexual orientation (4%). Our immediate goals are to reduce the number of bullying, harassment, and racism in schools. These immediate goals link to our long-term outcomes providing Inclusion, equity, and Gender equality: for all girls, boys, and young women to have equal opportunity to enjoy high-quality education and work.

We are looking to serve between 10 to 20 thousand in the first year.

Our goals for the upcoming years are

1.  Help parents find safe schools for kids around the world
2. Increase the number of females social-workers, academic, and students counselor in the next five years by training newly graduated females in social majors And, help them find part-time and full-time jobs as social-workers or students counselor.
3. Become an accreditation body for safe schools around the world

The only barrier we can think about thus far is partnering with more schools

to over come this barrier, we are planning to start partnering with small, medium size, as well flexible schools 

We are a team of 2 working on this as full time and we have two part time School principal and education counselor.

As our Academic consultant Mr.Frank is the eldest member with 35 plus years of experience in education as an academic and student counselor, bringing a wealth of knowledge and guidance. Ms. Noha, our students counselor with more than 18 years of experience as a school principal, vice-principal, and student counselor in a well known educational institution in Saudi Arabia she knows the educational system in and out. as in IT manager in educational sector with 9 years of experience, Ahmed is the IT guy. Ms. Amani our youngest team member, with impressive CV she started her career as an assistant teacher get promoted to daycare teacher, then to a kindergarten teacher, and lately to kindergarten supervisor just in three years. With these knowledge and experience, our team has, we believe we can positive impact.
