A program that will focus on educating marginalized women and girls, changing the environment and vision of society

Educating marginalized girls is not as simple as building school and offering admissions. It involves everything from changing mindsets of people to generating employment opportunities for girls which offer equal payment as men get. Through my solution I have tried to touch every aspect which can make a great impact and assure that girls get equal opportunities as boys irrespective of their financial backgrounds.

What specific problem are you solving?

Increasing number of girls in formal and informal learning providing them access to quality education and help them get job opportunities.

What is your solution?

1- The app will cover all the school curriculum, but apart from it, it will have extra courses like Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Data Science, Machine Learning and many more courses which will ensure a good career.The courses won't be recorded, they will be live and interactive. The professor can interact with students, solve their doubts in the class itself and can check their attention by having live quizzes and polls to ensure that all students are understanding and the same method can be followed for the school curriculum as well

2- The books will be uploaded in the form of audio books as well so that those who are visually impaired can listen to it anytime and anywhere.

3- The assignments provided will test the application of knowledge and will be checked by professors on a regular basis and reports will be provided.

4- The leader board can be checked by students to see their performance in each class.

5- A book out of curriculum will be uploaded per week on the app and students will be invited to discuss what lessons they have learnt from the book.

The solution is mainly for marginalized girls and women to help them access quality education and get job opportunities.

Increase the number of girls and young women participating in formal and informal learning and training

The main problem is that marginalized girls don't get access to quality education, apart from that many educated girls are not allowed to take jobs and complete their dreams. People are not able to understand if girls work it will prove to be beneficial for world economy and even will ensure gender equality. Through solution we are trying to reach out all the girls who don't have access to education and also providing the job opportunities. The App will be affordable to everyone and for those who can't afford it, it will be provided free. We will upload job opportunities.

How do you plan to overcome these barriers?

The main barrier will be convincing people who don't treat girls equal to boys. Another barrier will be to make this solution affordable to everyone.First barrier we will try to tackle with the help of expertise and motivational speakers who will try to change the way people think. To make sure it is affordable to everyone we will partner with some organizations for funding and ask for donations. The money earned from funding will be used for creation and donation will be used for scholarships or free ships for the students we can't afford it. Further we will allow the educational advertisements or advertisements related to competitions to earn money and run organization further. Some content will be uploaded on youtube and money will be used to provide platform for free to students.
