The project wishes to address the issues affecting girls and women. Girls in the area where the project is are not able to  access  quality education because of two major reasons among many others, 1. Lack of proper school facilities and 2. Forced into early marriages. 

The project will also wish to promote women to be able to access learning so they can be part of important decision making in the society. 

With this project would like to propose that these girls be helped by empowering them in education so they are not forced into early marriages and also to provide adult learning for women groups.

This project would change many lives of girls and women who are under oppression in many spheres of life due lack or cultural orientation. Many women leaders can result from this project and girl's future secured.

The problem: stop girl early marriages and empower women with education so that they can participate in national issues.About 65% of girls get forced to marry men older their age and fail to access education. Failure to access proper facilities and the less information of the importance of educating girl child.Most of these girls who go into early marriages face abuse and alot of mistreatment from their so called husbands due to their tender age. Some of these young girls become victims of hiv as a result of being forced into polygamous marriages where other partners are infected. Many girls are affected by this situation and the only way is to provide a platform were mothers (women) are empowered and motivated to see the importance of educating girl children. It's most likely that the lives of many girls would be changed.About 95% in the nation's governance and decision making are men all because women are left out and considered uneducated. This results to the effect of girls not educated as well. 

The solution provided is to bring education close to each neighborhood and encourage girls to start school. Emphasizing that girls have equal rights to education. In simple terms in order to make this happen small campaigns are held twice a week where girls are encouraged to come including their parents and then information on the importance of educating girl children is delivered using different types of communication i.e drama, songs and teaching.For now the technology that is used in conducting are video,audio and projectors.So girls have their usual weekly classes in addition to the campaigns. 

The targeted population is girls of a tender age as low as 10-15 years old and women. These are girls and women who are not allowed to access education due to facilities and cultural norms. In order to understand them support groups are conducted where each girl and woman is given time to tell their story freely and interact with others. They are also asked what they dream of becoming in life apart from those forced marriages and almost each one them express interest in becoming influential in the urine society. Encouragement is given to them by involving them in project activities and lessons. The solution will help in changing the cultural normal that a girl child cannot be educated and discourage the parents from arranging early marriages for their children. But to allow them be educated. The solution will also bring a realization that women folks also can contribute to the society and global once given opportunity to access learning. It will remove the stigma and protect the girl child from falling prey to becoming victims of hiv and child abuse.

The problem and solution are aligned in the sense that it focuses on dealing with issues that prevent girl children from obtained education and women from learning and being part to the society. In these case alot of girl children are unable to learn and experience abuse in early marriages. This makes girls and women fail to reach key milestone in learning. Thus the solution will enable the girls and young women to learn and reach their key milestone in learning. 

Current number of people being served is 160, this is 70 girls 90 women. Hope to serve 350 people in one year's time. In next five years we hope to be serving more than 1500 people. Focus will continue being on girls and women in order to improve their lives. 

The project in the next year looks forward to have centres in all parts of the country which will be reaching out to girls and women. And in the next five years the projected goals are that the solution should start to penetrate neighbouring countries as we are in a landlocked country. 

The approach to be used is that the girlsand women of the same project after completing education will be employed by the project to start other projects of the same kind.
