My solution guarantees a better future workforce with quality skills and knowledge using technologies and educational strategies to aid young minds to learn by experiencing, observing, and learning fron the world situation and scenarios, and using that to solve problems and adapt to situations.
Learning by doing is the best way to really understand how our world works. We have to experience our world in it true color, observe nature as it carves out our daily lives and learn from it. The best way to anything is by nature. My solution idea works by teaching the next great minds how to think in a broad holistic manner that will drive innovation and enhance their problem-solving skills. This is achieved by educating the youth on the underlying basic ideas behind everything, and letting them experience the world and how it works. This initiative will train students to be a general problem solver and not tied down to specific fields or disciplines. We've got to redefine the way we think, solve problems, learn, and the tools we solve problems with. Experiences doesn't always have to be first hand, so we can give to the next great minds real life events and scenarios through the use of technologies like 3D display, virtual reality, holographic display, etc, to simulate the feelings, experiences, and sensation they would normally get in the outside world. This means we can be able to cram tons of realworld events into small time frame as opposed to the real world and still be able to get the critical information through. The brain naturally piece together fragments of relevant experiences combined with intuition and knowledge to craft a well defined and accurate solution to problems. It gives the mind the ability to adapt to tough situations when the challenge being faced is massive and overwhelming. With the proper training, everyone has to be a problem solver. I envision a future where everyone would be equally significant in terms of making the world a better place and solving the looming problems.
My solution is solely meant to combat the overwhelmingly huge demand for skills and knowledge that may not be acquirable using the conventional means we have now in the foreseeable future, and to give the next generation a viable and critical tool to deal with tough challenges which would come by in large scale. This tool will help the future generations adapt to their ever changing environment by actually studying the environment, interacting with it, learning from it, and gaining tons of practical experiences and ultimately finding the right balance.
We've got to understand that the notion of learning by experience is the first and most important thing mankind ever had, but it's all lost to conceptions, predictive models, speculations, and all the nonpractical things affiliated to those. The only way we can thrive in this world is by embracing nature, we are forgetting the main purpose of existence- to thrive and adapt. We can build a future with people who truly believe, understand, and coexist well with nature to solve their most problematic challenges, and that's what I define as Workforce of the future.
The primary impact is to improve and tailor or completely revolutionize our education system to work for the workforce of future to help solve greater world's problems. This also helps provide the required skill set to young minds for the future.
The main focus are the tomorrow's youth and this initiative will be deployed through the use of both conventional and novel means of teaching and the use of advance visual and haptic technology to give to the students the feel and experience of nature, the world, and how they both work together, for them to learn.
Conducting real world or simulated test of the student with a real life challenge to solve. - Checking the problem solving capacity of each student.
Having the student explain and exhibit the relationship between theoretical concepts and the real world. - How well the students have understood and consolidated theoretical knowledge and real life experience.
Have the students go through rigorous academic and practical testing to ensure they've acquired the right and necessary skills to go into the field. - Required skills Acquisition.

The technologies and ideas involved in my solution may not seem so much novel, but it's rarely noticed or identified. And the whole initiative is meant to improve and make education better. This is a new approach to gaining valuable skills and knowledge not only for the present, but mainly for the future workforce.
The whole idea behind this solution is meant to improve lives of the people across the world by granting them the opportunities to acquire valuable skills in a new, natural, and easier way to stand a chance against challenges now and in the future. And it's some way or another making the world a better place.
The deployment strategy is simple. If technologies like vrtual reality, 3D display, holographic displays, the internet, AI, etc matures and advances to the level where it's cheap and affordable enough to be acquired and accessed by the larger and less previledged population, the solution would be way more easier to utilized and provided to the required people. But for now, the internet and conventional teaching techniques tailored to the solution need can be applied.

The project/initiative is still within the research and experimental stage, so no significant funding is required for now. But as we advance in knowlegde and ability, we would need much more funding, I would be solely dependent on external sources for funding through partnerships and sponsorships. The idea will need significant improvements in technologies like virtual reality and 3D display, so funding will be greatly needed in that aspect with collaboration with tech companies and institutions like MIT working on the technology already.
Right now the greatest obstacle we would be facing is how we can get the required technology to the larger and less privileged population by making it more affordable and user friendly in terms of being able to be operated by a layman without much technical skills. And also getting the world to believe in the idea as a potential way to transform things.

I live in the part of the world where opportunities are not so much available, and I've been seeking ways to impact to the development and wellbeing of people and the planet itself. The solve community provide absolute and maximum opportunity to give to the world all you got, and that exactly what I'm exploiting and aim to achieve. The solve community seems to me to be the perfect place to bring your ideas to life as long as it solves the required problems.
I'm right now more of a lone wolf without any partner, but having one won't be a bad idea. I look forward to having one.
