Tamkeen Freelance Club
Tamkeen Decided that after Receiving hundreds of requests for the freelancing program And worked on analyzing it to examine the level of applicants; the results found that most of them are not qualified
to compete in the job market at a high level after completing their university
majors. Also, after the success of Class of 2019 in Tamkeen Freelance Club,
which 74 women finished the program, 26 of them had the chance to get
part-time or full-time jobs. Tamkeen decided to expand its plan to develop
this project by qualifying all applicants with knowledge and skills that are
required in the labour market.
This project is represented by training club for free technology education,
aiming to enable female trainees in the fields of freelancing to develop their
potential and skills in freelancing. by providing intensive specialized training programs with specialized trainers in each of the freelancing programs
(Marketing, Graphic design, translation and programming).
Female graduates in Palestine falter from a lack of their professional presence due to the lack of practical experience gained during their university studies and their interference with the requirements and conditions of work that many of them are unable to reach, especially mentioning the low attendance of mothers in these areas and the challenge between their basic job "as a mother" and the needs of the labor market that It requires high-level women's competencies based on periods of volunteering and prolonged training, the reason that led to high unemployment rates among them and their weak access to competition in the labor market for jobs that suit their specialties.
Tamkeen seeks to develop its online training system to reach
the largest segment of women seeking to access the full knowledge and
learn the skill from their homes via the Internet when Tamkeen builds the
foundations in the areas of translation, programming, marketing, content
and graphic design, so that everyone has the chance to get job opportunities
across Freelancing sites and the local, foreign, and partner companies in the
presence of a group of experts and mentors throughout the training period
and after completion.
