The proposed solution is to make a quantitative study in order to take information from the layers concerned and to set up the digital outlet training program. The problem to be solved is linked to the inability of girls to use opening digital for itself, old, work to have a good job .

The goal is more primary school girls in high school. And marginalized women in rural areas. To understand their needs, we propose a really mixed (quantitative and qualitative) study to understand the causes and needs of proposing the digital and training orientation solution within the two target groups. We believe that this solution will meet their emancipation and skills development needs.

The problem mentioned above complies with the selection challenge in that target populations face a party to basic training problems very low and on the other hand to environmental, cultural, demographic and other factors. These problems force them to repeat, to give up, to be incompetent. The course to succeed in academic and professional life becomes difficult for them. With the proposed solution.
