This will help Women everywhere get better schooling in order to fight gender equality in the workplace.

What does the user want?

-Women to have proper education

-Girls at a young age to learn the proper skills needed to succeed in life

Changes we plan on making:

-better schools

-More tutors for women taught by strong smart women

-More opportunities given solely for women in academics

Next Step:

- go talk to the different areas that we want the schooling to change

- maybe government can step in and help with the schools being built

- Hire successful women who can come and inspire/tutor some of these girls

Rational:

-Help fight gender equality, Both genders will have the same amount of education

-Go to school, go to tutoring, finish school, get your degree, come back and either teach/ tutor new girls

The specific problem I am solving is helping women get better education.

It will help them to be bale to succeed in the workplace as well as in daily life because they will no longer be looked down on by men but rather as equals.

Increase the number of girls and young women participating in formal and informal learning and training

It relates to the solution because it is trying to solve the problem of women not getting a good education.
