AI for sexual education.
According to GIRE report"reproductive justice", In the world, the teenage pregnancy is associated with high rates of sexual violence and lack of access to services such as abortion, as well as the lack of information and access to contraceptives for all people. Just in México in 2017 390,000 girls and teenagers become mothers, which means one of every six births. Besides 6 of each 10 people DO NOT USE condom in its first sexual relation. 74.3 million from six years old and older people in México has internet access. 51 % are women and 16% are teenagers between 12 to 17 years old, which means 12 million. We want to use artificial intelligence to have a 24 chat which help girls, women teenagers (and males) questions about its sexual rights, sexual transmitted diseases, a protocol in cases of violence of sexual abuse cases which can guide them.
Problem Globally: Lack of information about sexual rights and sexual healthcare for teenagers and women are one of the main reasons which has been associated with teenagers pregnancy. Teenagers pregnancy represents the second death reason in teens between 15 and 19 years old. 11% from all births came form teenagers mothers. 95% of them came from countries from low and medium incomes.GIRE MEXICAN REPORT.
Problem locally (México): In 2017 73.6/1000 women between 15 and 19 years old gave to birth a child, this is the highest rate among OCDE countries In México there are an average of 2 births per day from mothers which are girls between 10 and 11 years old. 48.4% from teenagers pregnant did not want this happens. As we mentioned previously, other factors contributed to teenagers pregnancy like high rates of sexual violence lack of access to services like abortion as well as contraceptives for all people. Among this, is the fact that México has a cultural barrier in this topic because of religious ideology which make this a "taboo subject" make difficult teenagers and women in general have access to quality and scientist information about sexuality and their rights to have information.
Offers to ALL MEXICAN women teenagers (also will be man) to a complete 24 hours private chat with artificial intelligence which helps to:
1) Give scientist information about sexual healthcare, in Spanish language.
2) Educate population with information about sexual rights, including gender non-binary and transgender learners.
2) To Guide them to take their own most reasonable and ethic decisions about their sexual life without any kind of religious ideology.
3) Have statistics about the main topics which concern to teenagers
women to generate reports with them help to educate society at the
importance to have access to sexual information, access to
contraceptives for all people and push government and society with data
to implement an integral program for women sexual health.
4) Connect them with legal allies as government allies in case AI identifies women or children in danger.
5) Technology will allow us to expand to all Spanish language countries, beyond México.
We have two profile in our target:
1) Girls and teenagers, among 9 to 17 years old.
2) Young Women and mothers among 18 to 25 years old.
Middle class. In our work experience 15% said they have no any sexual education, because in their families "do not talk about that". Other 85% said they have access to sexual education. From that 85%, 50.6% says they have learned "in school" 23% said they have learned in their homes, and the other 26.% have learned from: internet, and with their friends, they have no preference for any specific website.We have been implemented polls to a specific students groups and we have realized the trend to use internet in their gadgets almost for every question they want to resolve. We offer a free psychological assistance in sexual education issues such as questions about sexual transmitted diseases and sexual violence. We have found several cases without any correct information about sexual health and contraceptive methods. This July we will release 13 online workshops vs. bullying and gender violence which are one of the topics in our sexual education website.

Access to sexual education for girls and teenagers in México is limited and in many cases, prohibited. A high rate of girls in our country get pregnant and put their life at risk.This happens because for sexual abuse to girls and also for lack information in teenagers. About 20% says they had no chance to talk about this topic in their families because is "not allow" to do so. Various ideologies of religious worship impede free access to information. Our solution focus at prevention using AI for SEXUAL EDUCATION resolving questions 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Imagine you are a teenager with a cellphone or internet access, your boyfriend has been educate in a real maleness environment, you love him but you are not ready yet to have sex, he is pushing you to have sex with him, you do not have any one to talk about this, because in your family, SEX is a taboo topic, so you do not what to do, and you do not want to go with a doctor. You feel embarrassment just to imagine that, so, you go to the internet looking for further information.
Options in internet offers to you:
1) Pornography, which basically means a terrible false idea about sex trough images that has been created ARTIFICIALLY by OTHERS (not you), most of the times male producers which make male and female actors exaggerate false pleasure, because they are exactly doing that: just "acting".
2) Theory pages, a lot of scientific web pages with BORING text,and not warm enough to make you feel interested in read the complete information, because presentation is BORING.
3) Game app, which certainly makes easier process for get information but you can not ask everything you need in that moment.
4) Our project: A fully illustrated platform specially creates for girls and women teenagers, with all the topics you need to know to take your decisions in your sexual life and with AI chat bot available 24 hour per day which answer all your questions right in the time you need to ask.
Construct the behavior of a chat bot capable of answering questions related to the topics presented on the page of www.consexual.mx (our platform).
The project consists of the development of a Web API composed of the following services that, together, will implement the behavior of a chatbot:
- Cleaning of each question received (sent by the user): eliminate symbols and unnecessary words, correct spelling errors.
- Standardization of a clean question: replace some words with synonyms used in the question bank.
- Selection of the question (s) registered in the question bank that most closely resembles the standardized question.
- Delivery of the answer to the selected question.
- Adding new questions. For each one specified: the standard description, the expected answer and a list of phrases that represent the same question.
- Adding synonyms to the dictionary.
All in SPANISH language.
Additionally, the project includes a desktop application that will allow capturing questions and obtaining answers, in order to test the functionality of the Web API. Also we will be able to know basic data from the users, no private data, but for example, from where city they are connected. This will help to us to know better our audience to increase or to adapt our communication according with information we will get. We will be able to have data of sexual education needs from audience to have arguments to get a highest level of incidence for programs in favor of sexual education in our country.
AI for chatbots has been used mostly for commercial issues. 83% of people who buy online need help during their purchase. Data provided by Google Trends shows that, in the last 5 years, the volume of searches for ‘chatbots’ has grown 19 times, as people began to realize its value. According to a Hub Spot research report 71% of people use chatbots to solve a problem quickly.
56% of users would rather send a message than call a call center and 53% of people are more confident when buying from a company where they can send a message.The most important thing in our project, is that our users will not be suffer any kind of rejection for prejudice with AI, if they usually feel embarrassment to ask, they will be in a private environment, no need to present in front of a camera, no need to wait for a "human schedule", if you need to ask at night, at midnight, or at any time, users will be able to do so. Chatbot will help to us to reach a huge audience to help and to increase our services, but also, will help to educate with scientific answers, no any kind of prejudice. In our work practice 30% of teenagers says that if they have the chance to talk 100% in private, they would ask more about all details of sexually transmitted diseases.

- Unaware of the platform, curious people began to ask: what is it?, is trustworthy? - POSITIVE Comments on social media and networks in favor of our content. Grateful for the information and the way of presenting it.
- The interest of mothers and fathers of family members in the platform increased, as well other actors like ONG and real interest from some GOV sectors.
- Young girls in messenger asking for contraceptive methods. - Mothers asking for help on how to deal with the fact that they already know their daughters or sons are gay. We have received some sexual abuse cases asking for HELP. Some aggressive comments in social media from young men asking for pornography topics. Some people do not like to speak openly about these issue.

- Open spaces in social media and networks for debate in favor of the appropriation of the sexual rights of women and girls.

In México, girls and boys represents the 30.1% of all country population from 0 to 17 years old. 13.2 million of them are from 6 to 11 years old, and 13.7 million are teenagers between 12 to 17 years old. In México there are 74.3 million internet users from 6 years or more, 51.5% are girls and women.
Right now we are attending more or less 50 people per month. In one year with AI We want to be able to attend at least 150 people per day, more or less 378,000 per year. And in five years, after promotion plan, workshops, constant social media storytelling and all efforts, we will be able to attend more or less 1500 people per day, this means 3,780,000 per month, which represents 5% of all mexican internet users. This numbers are just directly, but also, technology will provide us more data to increase our knowledge about our targets, so we we have the goal to attend at least 30% from all mexican population and then jump to all Spanish population. This will have a huge impact in girsl and women education about their sexual rights. We will spread knowledge and a new way to access to it in this specific topic.
74.5 millions of people have access to internet in México beginning with 6 old, 13.5 million from this are teenagers from 12 to 17 old, 56.5% of them, are women. Our impact goes to girls from 9 to 17 old. Clearly, we have a huge chance to do something big here.
Impact goals 2021 - Continue with partnerships as Fondo Semillas, HP, and governments instances which genuinely are interested in the results that we want to reach, and who truly believe in our model.

4) Marketing.- The next five years: For three main goals: constant spread of platform and services, position our solution and model as THE BEST OPTION in sexual education for children in our country, and for develop new educational products and services to reduce cultural barriers.
5) Legal.- We are certain that as soon as we grow, attacks by radical conservative groups could emerge.
1) Financial.- Right now we still have Fondo Semillas fund, we will looking for another grant from this same organization for the next year. But also we are looking funds in other organizations such as gov call for entries, Benevety, HP foundation, Potential links of financing in the SOLVE community.
3) Technical.- We already have one study of one option for our AI chatbot, but, this is one of the reasons we want to enroll into SOLVE challenge: we want to explore the chance to see if there is an actor which maybe interested in a partnership with us in this technology issue,that the SOLVE community can bring to us closer, to evaluate or get a different approach.

SOCIAL IMPACT: right now we have reach 2000 to 3000 per month trough our
website and our social media. 50 women with psychological whatssapp and
facebook messenger psychological support consultations.
REVENUE.- From now, all these can be build because of 2 grants from Fondo Semillas. Our plan is to sell: Live psychological consultations and online and LIVE workshops, at the first step. Licensing agreements with our characters to important brands which are connected to sexual pregnancy prevention, sexual health care for girls and teens and editorial products in second step.

Our model is INTEGRATED and we are a in a service subsidization.
Right now 100% of our revenues has come from donations and grants. Our goal is to selling online and live workshops, selling live psychology consultations and licensing deals with commercial partnerships. What we want is create enough revenues of selling our services and products to achieve this 100% percentage down to 75% to 80% at least.
Because of what SOLVE community is, is not about money is about an integral solution. Money without knowledge will not help. We need a very qualify team to reach our goals and make the real impact we are looking for. This is serious: There are people out there destroy girls and boys with bad sexual education, we are immersed in a national crisis of violence and machismo, this has to change, we will not achieve this only with sources of financing, we need to strengthen our team and we need all the different perspectives that a community like SOLVE can bring us.

2) Technical.- To give us different point of views about the solution we are present here, and also for improve this, maybe in the ways we do not even imagine, because SOLVE is specialist in technology sources for solve social problems at high impact and scale.

MIT faculty: We would love to explore the possibility to MIT faculty can involve in our project with AI development process, as well this same could be explore with INTEL and share knowledge, point of views and different approaches form our solution. Finally AI is the key ingredient in our solution in this application. Is there any other faculty better than MIT for help to us? This will help to us with one of the principal advance for reach 6.4 million girls which needs help with a lot of questions about their sexuality. Furthermore, WE NEED GIRLS AND TEENAGERS ASKING FOR FURTHER INFORMATION!, get the girls (and boys too) do not stop to be curious and take the responsibility of their sexual rights in their hands. About other areas such as funding and revenue model, monitoring and evaluation and Marketing, media and exposure, it will be also great to explore the MIT faculty involve in our project. Helping us to review our ideas, proposing different approaches, link us with potential fund sources as well with potential business partnerships. As we describe in earlier phase in this application: having knowledge and different point of views will help to us to take more accurate decisions to achieve our goals.
I think our project is qualified because our women team is spreading information which usually girls in our country have not access to it. We want to reduce the high rate pregnancy in girls under 18 years old pregnancy. With our project we are helping to reduce cultural barriers about sexual education as a taboo issue which can not be discuss openly with in our society. We are immersed in a violence crisis where the machismo of drug trafficking groups is reigning that sees women as sexual objects and a big number of they assume themselves as the same thing. This must change and we want to do it. Our team will use this prize to build a national network team of 320 female psychologist, (10 per each one of 32 states in all Mexican territory) and bring them training in sexual education and tools for increase skills in contain violence, with a specialty in childhood, to help us spread our contents to girls, its mothers and teenagers, so they can take their sexual education in their hands. We also want to create a one per year massive event where women and girls can find all information about their sexual education, in a creative an openly ways, a place where they can be trained in self defense, an event where we can bring to population the pathways to get access to all different ONG network and government instances to access to health services, justice and education for their sexual rights.

Right now we are bring psychology help where we answer teenagers girls (and boys) and women questions about different topics: Sexually transmitted diseases, effective methods of contraception, we guide women who have detected some child sexual abuse within their families to the appropriate government agencies to file complaints and restore their rights. With the AI we will be able to give this type of queries 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This technology will also help us learn new data to design different approaches to tackle this great problem in our country. Sex education is essential so that girls and women can access a better standard of living and can really have a life project that is not curtailed by an unwanted pregnancy and this will also promote the appropriation of their sexual and reproductive rights to big scale.
Our team will use this prize to build an AI strong tool in a mobile and creative app for reach 6.4 million of girls and teenagers which already have internet access and to reach 17.5 millions of adolescents female and male from 13 to 17 years old to help them with all their sexual questions and curiosity. Data of these approach will help to us to build better strategies to get the long term outcome: Build an awareness society from the childhood, more responsible, and focus in build a real LIFE PROJECT taking care their sexual education and increase empathy between females and males. Sexuality most be an own construction, full of tenderness and own imagination, love and humanity, none of them has been like that in my country. This most be change for a brighter future.
