Our platform is highly accessible (internet/mobile, in various languages) and orients students towards employment._Career navigation includes detailed access to labor market information and career pathways, assessment tools, and action planning.
The skills building component tailored through collaboration with National Orientation Agencies and National Youth Services Corps and includes an emphasis on project-based, collaborative, and self-directed approaches, as well as practicing these skills in relevant workplaces and entrepreneurial settings. Our mentorship model links students to post-secondary and professional mentors, while their employment services provide students with access to site visits, shadowing, and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Foster insight has a technological innovation that helps Nigeria cope with the impacts of the pandemic, keeping our focus on vulnerable and marginalized children who will suffer the most from school closures and the economic impacts of the pandemic.
