Encouraging parents to offer equal opportunities for education for both girls and boys .

Sensitizing parents to avoid early marriages to their girls and young women which can enable them to continue with their studies.

To avoid social and cultural factors that hinder girls and young women from accessing quality learning opportunities like leaving girls at home to do domestic work.

Encouraging school owners to separate toilets for girls and boys for the girls's  and young women privacy.

Schools, colleges and universities to consider girls and young women in a different way for example here in Uganda girls are given 1.5 points at the University level to encourage them study at the higher levels.

For my school we give discounts on school fees to girls from poor families to keep them in school.

Lives of girls and young women will change if they stay in schools and colleges.

Some  of the problems am solving include

Keeping girls and young women in schools to acquire quality education in order for them to succeed.

Sensitizing communities about the importance of educating a girl child because there is a saying which states that when you educate a woman,you have educated the nation because women are the one who spend much time at home with the children.

Sensitizing other schools to consider girls and young women in a special way to creat more rooms for them to access quality learning opportunities like motivating them when they reach a certain level of learning so that they can continue with learning which can make them important people in future.

Also showing girls and young women that education is very important by showing them some women who have succeeded after their studies and have become important people in the community and the world at large.

My solution gives young women and girls chances to have learning opportunities by giving girls quality education in my school and in other schools by offering vocational training to young women especially school drop outs.

Giving them good recommendations when joining higher institutions of learning.

We also bring them some successful ladies in our country to talk to them in an encouraging manner ,we also use social medias like you tube,skipe to talk to some successful ladies.

Since now we are in lockdown in our country,we use social medias to send them some encouraging words and even work to do in terms of distance studies.

The targeted  population is girls and young women which covers over 15 million people in Uganda ,I have managed to understand their needs through contacting different authories and taking samples in different communities,also by meeting them and reading about other girls and young women from other countries using social medias.

The solution will help if at all my project is funded I will be able to construct dormitories to keep girls at school who come from very far to avoid evil men who rape them ,I will enlarge the vocational wing to recruit more girls and young women so that they can acquire skills which can also enable them to succeed.

We will also sensitize more schools and colleges to consider girls in a special way through writing magazines, different talks and using news papers and other medias of communication.

If girls and young women are give chance to  access quality learning opportunities,they will be able to sustain their lives and meet their day to day needs

The encconomy of the countries where my solutions will be practiced will grow because there will be equal income from both women and men Young women will be able also to work in good positions in different organizations because they will be having quality qualifications.

My solution is unique in the that it involves girls at tender stages where we begin encouraging girls when they are still in lower classes to help them grow knowing that they can succeed in education if they take it as part of their life.

I have competitor in my community like smile secondary school,Mother Kelvin primary school,Hiltop primary School, Kids campus primary School,St Peter primary School and New hope secondary school but but we remain unique because we put in much effort to see that we come out with good results at the end.

Mainly we use social medias like face book, what's app,smile,zoom telephones and also televisions news papers and radios to reach our girls and young women in our community.

I expect my solution to have an impact on the problem in a way that parents of these girls and young women will be reached and sensitized to know the usefulness of educating girls and young women.

The community and the country at large will benefit in some years to come because there will be educated ladies who can work in important places with good qualifications.

Young women will be able to earn a living and succeed in life which will also make the country's economy to grow.

The young girls and women will be able to earn a living from the skills they have learnt  .

I expect the lives of young women to change in a way that they will be able to stand as entrepreneurs to support the income of their families and for the country at large.

They will be able to stand in as politicians because they have learnt and they qualify to contest as leaders of our country and in other countries where my solution will be practiced because I would like to share it with other people in different countries.

My solution will reduce the number of job seekers and increase on the number of job creators because they will aquare skills and even get qualifications and knowledge which can enable them to start their own jobs.

My solution is serving 250 girls and women we think that in five years we shall be serving over 1000,000 girls and women and in five years we hope to have reached atleast five millions of girls and women through sensitizing and sharing my solution with other people from different countries where it will be practiced.

My goal is to reach 5000 girls and young women in my country and in other countries through sharing my ideas with other people in other countries so that they can also implement them and help more girls and young women out there.

We hope to be visiting radio stations, television stations and even opening up blogs on social medias to help me reach more lives.

Per now I don't have enough finance support to enable me reach more people like parents to sesintize them and also to buy time on televisions and radios to reach more girls and young women.

I also luck transport in terms of vehicles to enable me reach other parts of Uganda my country.

I also would like to recruit more technical people to help me reach more girls and young women.

In some parts of my country there are some cultures that think that girls are supposed to stay at home and do domestic work so we still have a long way to educate them and change their minds.

We also still need to have a bigger place than that we have to accommodate more girls and young women during their holidays to equip them with skills and counseling,and encouraging them to stay in schools.

If we get a chance of getting funds we shall buy programs on televisions, radios,skipe,zoom to reach more girls and young women,we shall be able to get vehicles so that we can be able to go to different parts of the country to meet more people and sensitize them about the importance of educating girls and young women.

We shall be able to construct dormitories to accommodate more girls and young women during their holidays.

My solution is part of a large company called Homeland Junior school Ltd

Homeland Junior school Ltd is primary School mixed with boys and girls so our solution is about girls only and young women around the school and even in other communities.

Homeland Junior school Ltd started skills all the children but girls are given a priority .

We have thirty ful time workers and ten part time workers then some ten constructors .

Some of my team members have been working in this area for some good time like Mrs Rose Nsubuga have been working with Adra Uganda for over 18 years .

Others are well trained in this area of handling girls in different institutions of learning some work in universities and others in vocational rehabilitation centers.

Not really we don't have any organization so far a part from the church where we have managed to get a platform to sesintize parents and other people.

The girls are acquire knowledge and skills in schools which have reached and some who come to my school acquire them at my school,then we reach young women in the community and encourage them to continue with studies and during their holidays we try to teach them skills.

We contact different learning institutions to see that they meet the required minimum standards of handling girls and young women so that they feel better when they are at school like separating latrines from those of boys.

We reduce the school dues for girls form poor families such that they can have a chance of getting qualify learning opportunities in order to succeed in Future.

We also talk to  schools and colleges admistrators to help the needy girls and young women by reducing school dues and providing scholastic materials to them.

We also try to reach welwishers to help us give a hand in terms of finance and scholastic materials to support our institution so that we can move forward.

We hope that if we are supported we can reach many girls and young women in the world by sharing our idea with some other people in the world.

We hope to bring money through donations,grants and even our learners pay some little fee to run some programs during the learning processes.

We would like also to start farming like growing crops which take short time to grow so that we can sell them and get money to run the programs.

We want also to start dealing in growing long term growing crops like ginger, galic which have high demand here in our country so that we can be able to sell them and get money to support our institution,but we luck enough land and transportation to help us move smoothly with farming.

We have been writing proposals but we haven't succeeded yet but we think that with time we shall succeed.

We wanted also to share our solution with other people globally and also to see that we can we can be selectedand win.

Also we wanted some support in order to move  on with our solution in order our girls and young women to benefit.

Also we wanted to get more suppliment to our solution from other people globally who can give us more ideas on how better we can succeed.

We also wish to win and get the donations set aside for this course so that we can solve more problems we have as  a learning institution.

We feel that we can reach more girls and young women out there and build hope in their lives because there are some who have already given up due to lack of funds ,lack of guidance and counseling.

Our goals are to see that girls and young women access  qualify learning opportunities in order to succeed.

We also wish to see that our project has reached in all the parts of Uganda and in our neighboring countries.

We wish to see that our solution have been adopted in many countries so that girls and young women out there are helped.

We would like to see that in five years over five million girls  and young women are helped and have succeeded in their education.

We wish to be recognized globally of coming out with a solution that can benefit many girls and young women in future.

We would like to pattern with MIT faculty and other big organisations which would wish to help us reach our goals.

We shall use this funds to reach girls and young women in refugee camps here in Uganda to sesintize them and even to see that they are accessing qualify learning opportunities for self reliance .

We shall open up vocational centers in refugee camps to skill the girls and young women.

We shall use the funds to reach other parts of the country and train young women how to use technology  carrying out computer trainings in rural areas because here in Uganda people in urban areas are the ones who can access this type of training

Shall established a training center in a remote area also for those girls and young women to learn the basics skills in computer science.

We shall also help girls and young women in remote areas with sanitory pads to make them feel comfortable during their menstruation period because we discovered that during this period most girls don't go to school due to lack of what to use.

We shall use the grand to buy vehicles which can enable us to move in different places because pay now we are still dealing with people in our community and the near by communities because we cannot move and when we are to move we normally hire vehicles which is very expressive to us.

This grand will help us to widen our catchment areas even we shall be able to reach other countries if given chance.

We shall open up adult education centers in different areas of the country especially in rural areas where the number of school drop outs is big .

We shall use the funds to buy more land to enlarge the instruction and to put more two instructions in different areas of our country like in  up country where girls are rised just for mmarriage and also to reach other neighboring countries.
