Teach the youth in disadvantaged communities about the benefits of agriculture and how technology can increase yields, provide employment and make the world a better place.
as per above, we'd like to teach youth I'm disadvantaged communities about the benefits of agriculture as a career and it's many facets. Disadvantaged communities also tend to be those in rural areas which can use such a challenge. We'd like them to know about using drones to check on crops, to use coding so they are able to predict the yield from current crops and also discover new ways to farm better. We believe in the benefits of agro processing to curb wastage and ensure kids grow up.Healthy, happy and more likely to succeed. We're also trained in Economics and will use what we have learnt to better the lives of communities.
Food insecurity, unemployment and the skills shortage.
By using theories pertaining to Economic development,we will prove once again that countries that experience Economic growth don't necessarily achieve Economic development. Countries cannot continue looking at GDP as a measure of growth.
We're trying to ensure we have food security on the continent. If we're to be a global bread basket,we can do so without selling large tracts of land to foreign companies only. We'd like to see more young Africans being involved in agriculture, agro processing and other aspects that have to do with food production.
If young people can understand that they can bottle tomatoes to make tomato paste, crush garlic and sell it.lu that. Agriculture isn't just about harvesting anymore. - Agro processing
As mentioned,we'd like to introduce youngsters to code so as to better estimate yields on the farms. We'll measure this when automation helps with yields. - Coding

Its unique because we're reaching an audience that is often neglected. In Africa, youth programs are mostly targeted at urban youth, rural youth and those with less formal education are often ignored. I'd like the youth and adults in these areas to know that they don't have to.migrate to Johannesburg for example for employment and a better life.
its people centre as we will be teaching people who could possibly have never had a smart device or a computer how these work. And how they can better their lives in non traditional industries.
At schools, community centre's etc.

Were blessed to be able to access learning material online. We also have access to very good minds working as engineers and business strategists.
Language barriers. Some people have not been taught in English. We might also not get support from the community. Parents want to see their children working and earning money, not waiting for a while before seeing monetary returns.

To be the change I'd like to see happen on my continent. While Africans are continuing to prove they can hold their own with the best in the world, there are lots of people, young girls especially, who are left behind. I want them to know that anything is possible.
