What specific problem are you solving?

I mean According to the report "Current profile of labor informality in Colombia: structure and challenges" of the Labor Observatory of the Universidad del Rosario, in Colombia 49.3% of women work in informality,Women in charge of the home in the country are on the rise. Four out of 10 have this condition, as shown by the results of the 2018 Census, revealed by the Dane.

What is your solution?

provide technological training in relation to sustainable agriculture specifically to the cultivation of organic products (vegetables, aromatics and fruits of the region) as well as moocs that guide and provide tools to strengthen their white skills and the creation of social projects

the creation of these entrepreneurship projects with a balance with the functions in their home, identify the solution to generate income, be able to be present mothers, improve the nutrition of their children, introduce organic food and generate entrepreneurship culture in the region, as well as the production agricultural

With the creation of this project, the number of women heads of households, vulnerable population and remote places without access to the possibility of learning and entrepreneurship will decrease, as well as the reduction of informal jobs for women, and on the contrary, it will increase in agricultural production in the region
