Talent help person to adapt to threatening conditions so that he/she can survive out of those conditions. Talent is hidden treasure everybody has which help him/her to look problem in way of tackling it. In “BEYOND SCHOLASTIC AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS PROGRAM” we will challenge youth’s minds to see way they adapt and solve those issue they face with. This will reveal talents of youth which can be change into business opportunities and help them to work in what they excel in to give better production in future. Through challenges, youth’s minds will prepare them to work with coming technology like artificial intelligence for sharing the same mission of the future. Exposing youth to different scenarios will challenge and wide their mind in searching a solution to tackle problems.

In schools we are still using education settled down by our ancestors who have lived in industrial age. This cannot work in our generation; we need to change and start to teach according to our technology and provide financial education of real world businesses. This also will be a tool of helping our youth to choose their college courses so that our colleges will produce productive workers in future who can also use their talents to create job opportunities to other and use technology in world development. Talent is solely resource world has to overcome problem of unemployment which rise daily and problem of bankruptcy which is taking out a hope for future works.

Through network marketing, youth will pull out fears and overcome them and discover talents inside them. Network marketing will help youth to develop self-esteem in their life and to be part of SDGs implementation through making collaboration and supporting each other worldwide to develop and understand common idea of making the world better.

Employers are concerned on making big profit not employing many employees that is true, employees are being replaced by machine. Youth will not work as robot to give same efficiency, so youth will lose job in front of technology in 21st century. Youth have to know their talents to grasp every opportunity. Unemployment increase day per day. It is global problem but this cannot be a great challenge if we prepare our youth early. Youth have no financial education and network marketing. Youth are not able to take risks and are likely to quit on themselves which is great fail.

Financial education will help youth to start using revealed talents from scenario to make money. Network marketing will bring youth together to share same platform worldwide, it will be concerned on preparing minds to produce youth who physically fit in real world, it will connect youth through network marketing which give them experience of future work. Network marketing will provide qualities and skills they need to work as workforce of the future, and it will help them to achieve their dreams and goals. Youth will overcome fear of investing money and look problem as opportunity time to start new business.

Through network marketing and uniting of countries, youth will connect work together to share a platform of development to overcome unemployment issue, and allow youth to use their talents worldwide. Youth will work together to tackle issues which face them with talent of everyone on same problem. Youth from all over the world will benefit from this solution because talent of one can be helpful to one country not necessary his/her residence. It will work also in refugees’ camp to know what they think about global development and to get their talents working to life changing in the world.

Establishing same platform worldwide to know the talents youth have to tackle unemployment. This program comprises multidisciplinary mentors who will study and know what youth think about future of the world. It will not work in one country’s line but it will work in the line globally. Youth will be exposed to same scenarios. scenarios will be varying each year due to technology development issue which can be turned into business opportunities. After the end of program each year, mentors from whole world will collect solutions youth have proposed to look together how can be their business opportunities.

This solution is human-centered because it will be concerned on mind opening youth and giving them experience to real life. It will be concerned on making connection among youth worldwide. It will be focused on knowing talents of youth to be their business opportunities. It will be concerned on having youth who can face unemployment and overcome it. It will be for youth to know real-business world. It will be making youth even those who are in refugees’ camp to know that their talents are inexhaustible resources which can make their life improvement to achieve on SDGs8.

We will build our center in each country with representatives. Who will
coordinate program and look for mentors who help youth in working period.
Implementation of this solution will not require high technology which can be a burden to undeserved communities. Mainly solution is concerned on mind
development of youth. That is why we will be working with multidisciplinary
team to help youth discovering their talents fully and providing them experience about real business world. We will be working from July to September each year this time most countries annual curriculum is closed.

We are planning to work on project of coming a new means of harvesting solar energy. We are working on it heartedly to come with that new method also as we are working on talents of youth we will collect ideas of every member of youth platform to come with viable solution to energy problem world has. Successful of our project equal to success of “Beyond Scholastic and Professional Skills Program”. As youth, we will put together our ideas and strength to come with project which will be successful and start to funds our program and help us to develop funding means to our solution and reach high to many people as possible. As we grow up and start to change our talents into businesses. We will rise funds to help youth to continue to discover their talent and helping to solve unemployment to have happy life.

The first and the strongest limiting factor is financial means. Our solution cannot be successful with no financial support. Another strong limitation is insecurity in some countries which threaten life of youth and prevent youth to sit and think about their development. With increase of insecurity solution will not succeed. Another limitation is how youth will be interested in discovering their talents to come together. Mentors can also be limitation but to overcome that I am writing a book of scenarios which can help critical thinking to make mind open.

I apply for solve because I have worked small things which have changed life of our families. People like to ask I advices and their life change. I have initiated many things in my family and I found to be helpful to our social development. From small things I have done to small number of people and career which ask me to read WHO reports. I found that financial hardship is challenge to all aspects of human development. From there, I started a team for studying financial education and looking for solution to change health status of world population.

Currently I am working with my team to continue to find many solutions to challenges which is facing world in nowadays so that my dream of improving future life of world’s population will be achieved.
