The mortality rate seen in pregnant women and new mothers are increasing everyday because of far distance to health centers and high cost of hospital bills.

Due to far distance to health centers, people find it difficult especially women and pregnant women to go to hospital. The introduction of health automobile assistance will convey medical kits with experts to different places so that health can be accessible and reduce the mortality rate seen in women and new mothers. 

The health automobile assistance will make women and general public to access health and reduce the mortality rate seen in women. There will be evenly distribution of health in both rural and urban areas.

To expand the access to high quality affordable maternal and new born babies, decrease the risk of disease and support mental and emotional health of women, there is urgent need for developing health automobile assistance. According to University of Nigeria Teaching hospital medical records (2017). About 600 women and new born babies die during childbirth, over 5,000 die after delivery. The increase in mortality in post natal stage was because of far distance to medical centers. Due to low economy of underdeveloped countries like Nigeria with population of 180 million. We have about 20 federal hospitals and 36 states hospital. It is very hard for medical experts to attend to everyone especially women thereby increasing the mortality rate. The introduction of health automobile assistance can help expert to diagnose women and treat diseases on the comfort of their home. And expand health care.

Women who calls the helpline of health automobile workers will receive urgent treatment from any where she is. The vehicle conveys medical kits and equipment with experts from different fields to different areas and location to render services to women and children. They diagonise, conduct Medical test and provide first aid and treatment to people especially women and new born.

The women and new born need maximum attention because of the nature of their body.  Nursing mothers always come down with pubic symphysis diasthesis, prolapse and pelvic floor muscles weakness. The medical expert who goes from house to house to render help to women can easily detect the problem and cure it. Womens health Physiotherapist in the medical expert teams can help women regain their muscles strength and general well being of new born babies.

During our annual survey. pregnant women who is still in their trimesters and have leakage of amniotic fluid and has to adapt to bed rest therapy, always complain about neglect by medical expert in the hospital because of excessive workload on them.  Our health automobile assistance can help to detect early signs, symptoms of diseases by continuous engagement with the expert who make themselves available anytime.

The health automobile assistance conveys medical equipment and kit with medical expert to different places so that women and newborn can have access to medical care. The expert will examine, diagnose and perform some test to treat and provide first aid.  This will increase the medical line and make women and newborn receive treatment quickly.

In the past we have emergency team, who help to convey individuals who need serious medical attention to various hospitals. The survival rate is 23.7%, and individuals die before reaching to hospital. With health automobile assistance, women and newborn don't need to wait till sickness get to high state, they call the helpline of the expert and they arrive to their respective homes to receive treatment and first aids. The survival rate has risen since we started it in 2018 to about 89.5%. 

The conveying of medical kits and medical expert with vehicle from one place to another, has change the face of health provision in Nigeria and Africa. The vehicle is constructed in a way that it allows medical equipment to be installed and functioning. It provides space for medical expert to sit and discuss medical problem, prognosis and possible treatment.

Vehicle conveys individuals from one place to another. That is what the medical vehicle does for experts. With individuals calling the helpline of the expert. The vehicle conveys medical tools and expert with the aid of the driver. 

The health automobile assistance will help women, new mothers and newborn access the quality of health care. Over the years new born die because of increase risk of diseases, our expert will provide continuous vaccination to newborn wherever they are. And the survival rate of infant in the society is increasing to about 78%. Women can talk to women's health providers and gynacologist on daily basis about their health. This will ensure privacy and promote general well being.

 According to our annual survey conducted in (2018) About 80% of pregnant women calls health automobile workers, because they provide quality care, support mental and emotional health through counseling etc.

In 2022,  women and new mothers will all appreciate our work and welcome the new development. Individuals with disabilities have welcome the new face of health and this has change their health status.

Number of people it is serving right now is about 60,000. Because we are operating only on Nigeria

Next one year. It will increase to 120,000. Because of more people are beginning to know us.

We are qualified medical practitioners registered under different medical association. With over 10 years of working experience in the field of medical conditions and problems. Our core values is to deliver and provide health to most vulnerable women and children, disabled and pregnant women.

Our working strategy and mode of payment has made many individuals to embrace our services. We have cured about 500 women from prolapse, pelvic floor muscles weakness, seizures, pudendal neuralgia and incontinence etc. With our survival rate about 87%,  women trust our expert and medical kits.

We are working with all the network providers like MTN, Global communication, Airtel communication and Etisalat etc. To promote our firm and provide strong network provision to our clients.

The rate of mortality rate  seen in new mothers and infant in  Nigeria and Africa is very high. Women especially pregnant ones can't access medical centers because it is very far and populated.

The introduction of health automobile assistance will help women and infant get medical attention very fast and convenient.  Conveying medical kits with experts to provide care to women and children from different places can expand access to the quality life maternal and newborn babies need.

They need the services to increase the quality of life of maternal and infant care. Some women needs privacy and going to teaching hospital can affect their space, so receiving health from home will be welcome idea.

We convey medical kits with experts to different places to attend to issues of women who used our helpline. After the services, medical service fees will be issued to our clients.

We generate money from the services we rendered to our clients and it ranges from medical test, diagnosis, drugs and cost of transport. We have treated about 15,000 women, infant and maternal. We expect the number to rise to 60,000 next year. And 400,000 next five years. 

Through different cooperative societies, firms can access loans. So we are interested in applying to federal road safety cooperative to fund our project.

Girls and women with disabilities always feel neglected and depressed because of low attention given to them in health centers. The number of health providers and experts in developing countries and underdeveloped countries are very small.  In Nigeria, we have about 20 federal hospitals nation wide with population of 180 million people. The introduction of medical expert conference, will allow medical practitioners in different fields to gather to discuss the prognosis, diagnosis and possible treatment of women and children. The medical expert conference can be hosted using any social media platforms to bring all the medical expert around the country to discuss, present new development and technology and learn evidence based practices. 

The medical associations in different fields can host seminars to discuss and improve the method of caregiving to women and newborn. This will encourage capacity building and medical reorientation for obsolete behavior modifications to reflect evidence based practices behavior.

We will use the prize money to host workshop and seminars to increase the health practioners knowledge and skills. Increase the institutional capacity, so that more qualified health workers will be produce in different University.

The covid19 pandemic is a topical issue confronting the world in the year 2020.the diseases rages through countries infecting about 3million people and killing about 160,000 and counting. Today large amount of data are created and transferred from person to person on a daily basis through social media platforms, website etc. People seeking to connect with each other, send pictures, videos, graphics and so on. Despite being in such a situation our Tech company are beginning to adapt and familiarize myself with my team with big data analytics. Nigeria are in the early stages of employing big data solutions to ease governmental monitoring and surveillance for the purpose of ensuring security. We are also offering modelling services to biomedical researchers interested in fighting the coronavirus by using artificial intelligence and machine learning tools and big data analytics to probe pharmacological and genomic data bases to retrieve the knowledge on the virus. More interestingly our tech and Telecom companies are increasingly using big data to monitor human movement during lockdown and social distancing measures. The pathway to economic stability post covid19 for most countries regaining economic stability in the period following the pandemic will a Herculean but necessary task. Despite this impact our big data along with new method of analytics can help cushion the effect of economic downturn.

Women and children living in rural areas don't access medical centers because of distance, this has made them to adopt traditional and local method of treatment which always have complications that can lead to death.

The introduction of health automobile assistance will convey medical kits and women's health experts to different places to administer, diagnose and treat women and new born. This will expand access to quality health care to women and children, reduce diseases rate in infant by continuous vaccination and checkups by the expert, and increase mental health of new mothers by councilling and health support.

The disabled women and pregnant ones always feel neglected and depressed because of difficulty in accessing the health centers. But with health automobile assistance, individuals with disabilities can easily get help and reach it's full potentials. The survival rate seen in maternal and infant has increased to 89%, because of introduction of health automobile assistance. In our studies we found out that 78% of pregnant women develop complications because of delays to medical attention and far distance to health centers. That is why pregnant women go to native midwives and hospital to receive help, which might result to uterine rupture, prolapse, damage to nerve, child death and maternal death. With the health automobile assistance, experts in field of gynacology will help pregnant women deliver safely and prevent complications.

We will use the prize money to buy kits and medical equipment, so that every maternal and infant can access health,  provide more conveying vehicles so that there will be less delays to services. And employ more expert in different health fields. Promote our helpline so  that during emergency there won't be breech in network.
