Online Creative Facilitation
- Pre-Seed
We empower young people with a core set of life skills through providing online training and mentoring in our Creative Community Model to educators, youth workers, and other adults who work with youth. It's based on a unique integration of cutting edge group facilitation, experiential learning methods, and expressive arts.
We envision a world in which all young people are empowered to live creative, purposeful live, beneficial to all. We want to unleash the creative potential in youth and we have done this for over 20 years.
Young people need a set of attitudes, behaviours and life skills often referred to as 21st century or ‘soft skills’, which they don’t acquire at school or in formal education. Teachers, mentors and counsellors often do not have enough tools, resources or are not even prepared to help young people to develop their talent and inner skills.
We have successfully tried and tested our training model in 15 countries to offer programs that are proven to increase confidence, compassion, creativity, social and emotional skills, motivation and leadership on young people.
Our next challenge is to continue to offer our creative facilitation training to schools, organizations and groups to help disadvantaged youth learn the skills they need for they everyday life and their future, at school, work and home. If they cannot come to us, we will bring our training to them through online courses and materials.
Our model is user-friendly. It can be learned quickly. It adapts to diverse cultures and contexts, and it can be applied to a wide range of subject and program areas.
Let give them all the opportunity to be a creative and social changemakers of their lives and their communities!
Record levels of youth unemployment, wars, migration and populist protests all reflect profound and systemic change shaping the prospects of young people.
A growing body of research confirms that the success of future generations in school, work and life requires changemaker skills and competencies like creativity, social and emotional skills, problem solving, communication and collaboration among others. These skills also spark active citizenship, innovation and entrepreneurship and are directly linked to increased individual and collective wellbeing. While there is a growing recognition of the need for these skills, there is increasing demand for effective interventions that foster them in youth.
Our theory of change begins with change within adults who work with youth. Adults develop the 10 competencies within themselves through our training that provides principles and practices they can use to create empowering learning experiences for young people.
Empowered Adults Empower Youth: The adults now use their newly developed competencies and skills to foster the 10 competencies within youth (creativity, connnection, depth agency, resilience, purpose, communication, collaboration, curiosity, adaptability).
Empowered Youth and Adults Leads to:
● Individual and collective well-being
● Increased school success
● Improved livelihoods
● Active citizen engagement
● Positive Social Change
Over the past 10 years we have reached over 1 million young people based on the CCM, developed relationships with over 30 partners in 14 countries, translated our materials into 6 languages and trained 50 facilitators internationally.
All these trainers and partners are replicating our model, impacting thousands of young people in their communities.
Online training will allow us to follow up with our trainers to give them assistance and improve their skills more easily and effectively. We can also access remote areas and connect better our international network of trainers and partners to work together.

Our senior traineirs will be able to offer specific online training and follow up or coaching sessions without the need to travel milles away and provide insighful feedback to anyone connected.
Work with many people at the same time and share experiences among them which is key in our programmes.

We strongly believe in our creative training model. We have tried it, evaluate it and been recognized by practitioners.
We are taking a next step on our organization and taking the challenge to go further and willing to offer our learnings and expertise to those more in need and who lack of resources to have a proper education.
By participating at Solve we wish to find a good partner to open us new doors to online training or willing to learn our methodology.
