The doctor attends to mothers and their babies and each is charged $3 indirectly

doctor has a form which he fills after management of mother and or baby and counter signed by the mother .

Each form calls for consultation of $ 3 for the doctor who claim the bill from the organization.

This ensures that most mothers and their babies will be seen by qualified medical officer at health facilities.

Health facilities with no doctor may refer the patient to be seen by the doctor.

All health facilities will have telephone contacts of the doctor who will be inforrmed before referral.

This will reduce maternal and child mortality and morbidity.
